    I love how Alexis has evolved in the past year. 🖖🏽Dr. Lyon stated that the information Dr. Cowan shared here is “Fringe, and we’re hearing it here first.” Actually, this valuable information was all discovered decades ago and Dr. Jack Kruse has been passionate about learning and applying it to his patients. He has been, or was, squashed by mainstream, but there are professionals and people like Dr. Cowan, who are recently speaking as passionately about all things quantum and circadian biology. Dr. Cowan discovered Dr. Kruse’s work about a year ago and absolutely delivers the information with finesse. Also, Dr. Kruse will always admit that this was not his work, but that of Robert O. Becker and others, and “Uncle Jack” just took the shovel and dug deeper to this date. Alexis is doing the same and I’m so happy for the health future generations who are waking up from the lies of the past 100+ years of centralized information. Good on you Dr. AJC🤟🏽

      I was thinking the same thing. Although I didn't know where this work originated I was first aware of it 15 years ago when it was being talked about on the alternative scene. Sunlight, circadian rhythms, grounding, all things that were classified woo woo. It's fantastic it's entering the mainstream now and real science and research is being done on it, but it's certainly not emerging for many.

      BOOM! Well said. And, yes Alexis is masterfully carrying this education on for community benefit, but it is so important to get her scientific chops into full, independent, pointedly investigative research around all of this! This gives me hope, where sometimes hope seems to fade a bit. The 'profit ant any cost' current paradigm, needs logic and proportion of critical thought to inform how quantum biology of nature is still key! Her lab is essential not get funded, and supported by community in all ways IMHO.

      @@lawrencebadman8569 just my two cents but if you are looking for lighting absent of blue - emr tek, bon charge, hooga, midwest red light therapy, healthy home - all sell led bulbs which are absent of blue light. NIRA lights sells lights with infrared frequencies included as well. You could also get incandescents - they have some blue but also have IR (so you could use in daytime but minimize at night perhaps). If you are looking for red light therapy devices - I would check out emr tek and chroma.

    I am from India and this so much ties in with all that I have been told since childhood about the benefits of getting up and out half an hour before sunrise. Its common even now to see people of a certain age practising yoga outside early morning in India. Unfortunately the younger generation prefers the air conditioned gym. As per ayurveda, applying sesame oil and exposing body to the early morning light is even better for absorption of sunlight.

    Awesome podcast. This is EXACTLY what I learned in naturopathic medical school. The naturopathic medical school curriculum is not the same as an allopathic medical school curriculum. We must learn more! We have to learn both the naturopathic and allopathic curriculums. It blows my mind that allopathic practitioners are just now catching on. What was once deemed QUACKERY is now being explored as medical truth. One of the first things a naturopathic physician will prescribe is sunlight, while reducing non-native EMFs. The body is a miraculous healing machine. If you give it what it needs, remove what it doesn't need, it will bring itself back to homeostasis expediting health and well-being. Bravo Dr. Lyon and Dr. Cowan!

Then the craze for skin happened. then the mitochondria effect came back into focus. AND the effect on the brain! I am happy this amazing tool has finally seeped up into health circles! and science!!! Very exciting to have others explain how FANTASTIC Light is for us . I have done extensive research into the panels and I bought the BIOFLEX ZONE XL panel because it comes with seven preprogrammed treatment protocols for easy use. BIOFLEX has ongoing UA-cam educational podcasts on a myriad of conditions and how to treat them using photobiomodulation (PBM). Their unit is FDA and Health Canada approved. They have been in the medical PBM business for over 30 years. My husband and I have been using the panel for over a year (using it 3 to 5 times per week is optimal, one protocol per day). I cured my carpal tunnel syndrome in both hands (Tx 3x per week using inflammation protocol standing 8" from panel, exposing skin from neck to fingertips palm up half the time, then palm down for 12 weeks. Raise the unit onto a stool for height adjustment.). Hoorah no surgery needed! Great for lower back pain and tendonitis, SAD, even the longevity protocol is great for long Covid (expose naked chest 8" from unit) or any viruses. There are many units on the market, but they don't come with preprogrammed treatment protocols and educational podcasts and over 30+ years of clinical trial experience.
      For brain PBM, I recommend VieLight because they have over 15+ published clinical studies using their equipment with good results.

      Personally I think it is more about what you put in your body. Like smoking one needs to avoid alcohol, and processed foods. I’m a 62 year old fair skinned female, and have recently had two separate people amazed at my age. They both said, “You have no wrinkles.” I do not avoid the sun, in fact I purpose to get sunlight on my skin and “photons in my eyeballs” as I call it. I do use lanolin and tallow for protection and moisturizer on my skin. They both are similar to the sebum we lose after we age. If I am exposed for long periods of time especially near water, I will use a zinc oxide based sunscreen. I also believe eating more foods with complete amino acid profile will also help one’s skin. I supplement with collagen, glycine, and MSM for my joints, but they are also helping my skin. I don’t use any fancy products on my face and either.

      Muscle isn’t quite what the gurus make it out to be. We don’t need to be muscle bound. We have to devote the most energy to the mitochondria in our brain and hearts. That is where we pack it and what causes the majority of early deaths. Bodybuilder types are definitely prone to brain and especially heart issues for many reasons

    Full spectrum bulbs FTW!!! HEMP Seed is the PERFECT optimal balance of OMega 3/6/9!!! ⚖️ ... also, make sure you're Salmon is wild-caught for better OMega balance... farm raised fish are fed grains (which they don't eat in nature) , and that creates abnormal high levels of OMega 6 = inflammation (mother of most diseases)

    Wow! Years ago I remember people taking photographs of people with a special camera to capture their aura. Seemed "woo-woo" at the time but they said the aura is the energy your own body makes that the naked eye cannot see.
    Some healthy people would generate a very vivid aura and some people who were not as healthy made a weaker, more dim aura. 😮
    So now this all makes sense!

    • @RayKinney-d6u
      @RayKinney-d6u 6 днів тому

      But, far more research could clarify about that. It is so easy to jump to assumptions, so always being open to how more detail can give added clarity is important to keep seeking to question, especially our own current assumptions.

      300 mcg iodine daily or eat a lot of seafood/shell fish.
