- A looped version of "Beautiful Hero". All rights go to Square Enix and the picture to the owner as well. This is used in the intro but the battle theme style as heard in this video is used in one of the mini bosses.

because they wanted to create a character that wields a suitable weapon through concept artworks. the type of character caius is matches the type of weapon he uses.

I understand Completely I mean... he would just look stupid with a standard sword or... any other weapon really... A smaller sword wouldn't express his destructive side... an axe or hammer would look too brutal, he is quite an "elegant" fighter and character and any sort of ranged weapon would just be silly...

okey thanks for explaining in my point of view i thought the dlc happend after the main story. so thats why I thought the dlc was the true ending.

then in the dlc lightning after defeating caius then yeul appears and while shes talking to lightning noel and serah are watching the new world.when lightning with yeul are about to finish their conversation serah sees the future and dies.then its the part where yeul has next to her serah as a floating soul.lightning sees serah.yeul dissapears and then lightning talks to serah and serah says she knew that its gonna end like this(cause she saw her future and everything else)
well that dlc explains how things finished until the darkness later has fallen with noel holding serah dead.after that part and then the story still doesnt continues.it stays there. think about it.i will explain it in a short way and i may do 2 comments.
noel and serah are going to valhalla they meet caius there they defeat him and he says that lightning is dead but she isnt.she went to the place where you fight caius as lightning in the dlc.

I did played it completly 100% including all the DLC. The latest DLC Requim of the Goddess explains the ending and is considerd the true ending so with that there wont be another sequel. and if it would come out there is no official anouncement yet.

after caius gets defeated by noel and serah caius gets killed by drawing the blade noel was holding.after he died as the final paradox the portals opened.at the same time caius got reborn again and appeared in front of lightning which she wasnt in valhalla after his defeat there.at the same time lightning defeats caius again in the dlc and then noel and serah landed on the airplane sazh was driving.all these things are happening at the same time.dont get confused.
ff13-3 has been anounced its coming out in the JP verison on Dec. 19 2013 so far the US is unknown.... for now it is

then serah says to lightning that she wants her to be remembered by lightning and never to forget her and to have her memories inside of her.and then lightning says that there is one way to do this.she said that after she will draw her last breath the world will crumble into darkness.she becomes crystal and then after the warrior goddess(lightning)has gone the world went dark and then noel holds serah dead while all of this has happened at the same time.at this point and then nothings revealed.
i enjoyed seeing caius beat claire up. i hate her so so much!
