Amazing, absolutely love it! Short, fast and intense - straight-to-the -point, just as I love! I feel like all the best burn-y moves were there, the most ''torturing'' ones for me were lunge to narrow squat, curtsy to squat, and wall sit abductions. Oh the burn!!!

What exercise moves do you recommend to substitute for a hurt knee, I can’t lung, fully squat or do any high impact cardio until I strengthen my quad muscle in my knee.
Hi Larie..i just purchased a set of workout bands...I’m a complete newbie...i do have fibromyalgia..but ready to be challenged.. my bands begin at at 3 pounds but mine are very long....what kind of bands do you use?

Same girl, same - fabric is less annoying and typically more challenging with the greater resistance!

I'm 38 weeks and modified the supine bridges with clamshells. I vote yes, it is with just a few mods
