Love it! Quick but feeling it burn workout to finish off after doing your 30min EMOM arms and abs! The quick 10min workouts help a lot if your short for time, feeling flat or add on from another workout! 😁❤
Hey, really enjoyed it. I capped my spin bike ride with this brief workout; let my heart rate slow down a bit, then was able to transition into a more strength related workout. Would definitely watch/ follow a longer full body mini band workout- love your stuff!

Liked it Larie! Thought maybe you could add a 10 minute upper body weight work out so it would be a 20-23 minute workout!! Loved it!! I’m starting up, so the 10 minutes isn’t REAL scary, just a little scary!! HA!!
I like the 10 minutes because I can add it in after a run or bike, or do a few 10 minute videos in a row. Good variety!
