My hair will not stay Straighten, or curled if I use the proper flat iron steps, it reverse and get puffy. My braid outs and twist out will reverse back in an hour. My 2 strand twists will not last a day.

Can't really determine the length but I started my curl routine a few weeks ago using the products cantu curl activator, cantu shampoo, and cantu conditioner. But since my hair was really nappy at the roots, I failed to find ways to get to the roots without hurting my scalp due to the fact that I'm tender headed 🤷🏾♂️. So to start my curl routine, I need to find ways to also reach my scalp since the scalp takes a big role into that. Any suggestions or tips?

Just got a question, I've got a son who's hair is just like yours but he's mixed raced (think you say bi-racial in America) I'm also mixed raced but have a lot softer curl pattern. He's only 2 and has a full on fro', I don't want to cut it as he looks so cute and I love it! But in the morning he looks like he's stuck his finger in a socket, I live in England so it's cold A LOT here so I can't always sprits his hair in the morning to restyle it. My question is, how can I make his style last more than a day or two? Please bare in mind he's only two so I can't wrap his hair at night! Thanks! X
@asavtripple6 Hahaha, thank you lovely! He rocked the fro' for a few more years then began to hate wash day 🤣. So he has a fade now with just a little bit of hair on top, his curl pattern has changed loads, too, his curls aren't as tight.... still hates wash day though! X
