Well Michaels is known for how ruthless he is in cutting the fat for SNL. Either focus groups didn't like Pharoah enough or the guy did something to piss off Lorne

By piss off Lorne I mean Lorne has a zero tolerance policy on drug taking, alcoholism or other behaviour which affects their work. He's told cast members in the past that they're out if there is any hint of that
I woke up from a 14 day coma to see the West Memphis Three finally got sent free. Damion Echols grew up on Death Row for a crime he didn’t commit. I was so happy! I had a tube down my throat and couldn’t speak, but I was just so happy to see him free.
Why are people saying that? What made you think it had anything to do with Covid? There are no masks or mention of disease, and it starts off with it being a cruise, an activity which many in fact cancelled due to the pandemic. Someone else said "this hits different after Covid!". How?
@@WinkLinkletter i have to assume that people were stranded on a cruise when covid hit, probably from one person getting sick and then they all had to quarantine. or something like that. i didn't really pay attention to the news when covid was starting to spread, so :/

By the time the quarantine was over, 712 people had been infected aboard the ship- this number made up over half of the total worldwide cases (outside of China) at the time. 14 people died and it was a huge story and outbreak, so i assume that’s why people are associating this sketch with COVID
Fred’s Michael Jackson impression was so perfectly unhinged I would definitely believe he was stranded on a cruise ship for days (he probably was the one who ate Koko)

WOWWWW! After seeing so many snl videos on UA-cam that have that ad for more videos with snl music at the end, it is SO damn refreshing that this video’s end actually makes sense and flows into that part seamlessly. Woo Hoo!
This happened to me at the beginning of 2020. I was arriving at the port in China, and the virus just started in those days. We were not allowed to go down from the cruise and we stay there for a long long period of time. Feels almost like this sketch....amazing. step by step we are succeeding! Laugh and Love! Dont give up :)

They should have done a revised version for covid. I went on a carnival cruise one time but never again. I didnt think it all the way through and i was young enough to stay pretty intoxicated most of it so as not to think of being out in the ocean.🐢🐢🐢cara
