Morning David, this is Dran Guo from WA, I have been following you for a long time and thanks for the fantastic videos. I am willing to purchase the CNC machine just like yours.Would you mind send me the all list including all the accessories and software to my email dran@proceilingsandwalls.com.au? Thanks in advance and wish you have a lovely weekend. Warm regards Dran Guo
Articulated quite precisely👍 Clearly, and coherently explained, you make it seem all too easy. Although, watching and actually doing are two very different things! Doing a fantastic job, mate.
hey David :) thank you very much for your lessons :) you've been very helpful to me since I'm new in cnc and building my first mini cnc machine and needed the lessons about the software part :) again, thank you very much :)
why length size in aspire different with in grbl/cnc,,,,altough i'm already calibrate my cnc with grbl sender...when i send drawing from aspire to cnc machine, the result of size is different....
It seems I have to change the software version, because the current version is always wrong if I follow your tutorial, my intention to change the milimeters in my software is always a problem with z thickness and endmill size
I've just watched the first two videos on Vectric Aspire. The information is good, but I have great difficulty following which buttons you are pushing. The curser is very hard to follow because of its size and color. The other thing that makes things difficult to follow is that as you speak you use the curser as a pointer. I just can't follow it because of the size, color, and speed that you move it. I have the video set to the max resolution of 1080p, I'm using a 26-inch screen, and am sitting 36 inches away from the screen. Thanks
Hi Tx BeeFarmer! That is the first complaint about the video I have had. I am sorry that you aren't able to follow the cursor. I had another look and couldn't find any issue myself. I will take your comment onboard for future videos.
@@DavidStanton Thanks for getting back to me on my little problem with seeing the cursor movement. Guess that's what happens when ya get old :) . I do have one other question for you. I watched the first two videos on Vetric Aspire, but I'm having trouble following the series. Were those the only two for beginners? Guess what I was hoping for was a series that would just go from one to the other without hunting for the next one. Hope you can help me out with this. Thanks Mark

Thanks Bill! I have released the next video for you to continue following my journey into CNC. ua-cam.com/video/XWnGgVx24wk/v-deo.html
This video takes you from CAD to CAM. The next video will take you from CAM to Mach3 and cutting the job out on the CNC. Super easy to follow!
Nice work Dave! Keep it up. Your enthusiasm is infectious!
It is very rewarding to actually start to get my head around this stuff. I have been too nervous to try before!
Great stuff Dave, that is some of the nicer CNC software i have seen. Very intuitive.
It really is! And the latest version is even easier.
Fascinating to see it from a beginners point of view .... cheers
One great thing about this is that I can also watch to refresh my memory as I am learning!
Great video Dave. The tool paths are well explained. I do CAD but don’t know CAM. So explanation is great. Look forward to the next one
12 hours from now.
David Stanton it’s great too Dave. Thanks.

Thanks berimux!
Love the way to take it nice and slow Dave.
Thanks Alan!
Excellent! You are a great teacher!
Thanks Steve!
Excellent CNC instruction's Dave. Can you tell me who makes the clamps you are using and also the touch plate please?
Hi 2nd Lecky, the clamps are festool clamping elements and the touch plate is from the same place as the machine, Avid cnc
Love this video
Thanks Eric.
Thank you for such helpful video. Your voice is nice btw, just like a NatGeo narrator :D
Wow, thanks!
Great work thanks for your help, do you have information on what you do after this as you were going to mach 3
Thanks Hill Scanlon! Yes. have a look at my playlist on cnc. ua-cam.com/video/fRQjVH77H3I/v-deo.html
Good teacher
Thank you! 😃
How do you modify dimensions. Like make simple measurements ?
Hey David! I couldnt find the "Toggle Geometry snapping on/off" on my Aspire.. do you have any idea of what could be done?
Thanks :D
Hi Yohann Santos! It is up the top, with 2 other icons toward the centre.
