    Hi Emi!!! I really wanted to thank you, I'm 20 years old and I used to weigh around 62 kgs six months ago and wasn't confident about my body but after doing your workouts for 6 months now I weigh 49 kgs which is truly amazing and shocking for me because I always thought that I would never be able to achieve it but I did.     Omgggg this helps so much. I’m 16 and always struggled with back and hip problems(so crazy!) but I did this and this is the best relief iv’e ever felt!

    Hi Emi, I've been following your UA-cam channel and exercises for the past 6 years. I remember first doing your workouts when I was 14, I am 21 now and I still enjoy your effective workouts. When I was 14, I lost 30 lbs following along to your videos, eating healthy, and adding walking/hiking/jogging into my routine. I came back May 1st to hopefully achieve the same thing again at 21 years old & to get back into health & fitness. Thank you for your consistency throughout the years. My top favorite exercise channel where I have seen results. Also, I would love to see more pilates videos from you :)

    Had a hard time with some of these stretches, but appreciate finding out where the weaknesses are so I can work on them.

      Been doing this every day. My hips are sore, but in the good way. If I am ever able to get my knees to the floor on the front back dip, I will be highly impressed with myself. Only quibble is the combo moves could use more than 30 seconds - guess I'll need to pause the video to do those longer.

    Day 1 : 21/4
    Did this after a massive HIT workout and i did not felt any thigh and glute cramps after this, loved it.
    Day 2 : 23/4
    Feels good !
    Love pigeon pose , even though it's very hard
    Day 3 :24/4
    Feels good to stretch out in the end of a workout.
    Day 4 : 28/4
    Nice , nice , nice❤

    Em I feel like your spying on me again 🤣 I love hip mobility exercises my chiropractor gave to me and I was just thinking about doing them until I was like let me check yours out! Yes I have few little tension left but I always get confused what other ones I can do and I am so happy your doing them!!!
