Once I burn it, I just curve the ends inward and that creates the curve.

I personally don't want that much yarn hair. All the videos show how the hair is done but NO ONE EVER SAYS HOW MANY SPOODELS OF YARN THEY USED? In this way i can get an estimate on how many rolls to purchase.

Buy maximum yarn to do yours. For this style you can buy 4 or 5 packs of 100 gr. Size of braids depend on you 5 or 6 (brin) I wish my inglish can help you.

For me it doesn't take more than one of the big/ jumbo spools, and I usually do my braids to half of my back. If you're worried about running out before you're finished, I'd say buy two, because you can always use the yarn to do the style again!
