Hi friends! If you struggle to choose the right rig or camera for your needs, this video will solve your problem: ua-cam.com/video/Sf7212rLRpM/v-deo.htmlsi=gPu8iYY10vPX7WX9
That rig looks awesome especially the audio part. For BTS I usually just clamp a 360 camera somewhere on my rig so it looks like it’s part of it to blend in
Hey! It’s a classic monitor mount from Smallrig. You can check every piece of the rig in this video: ua-cam.com/video/D6OLtjebIUY/v-deo.htmlsi=9VdSxCePBZJgWptz
Everything sound “runandgun” but how about match audio/video in post? is there any way to connect the F3 like fujifilm xh2s directly to the camera bypassing the preamps? reasoning for ease of use I would consider a Sony K3M more useful despite the 24 bit if there is no way to connect the F3 directly in camera.. Thanks for the useful video!
Hey! You can connect the F3 to the camera, yes! And the F3 will deliver the sound with a limiter applied and it will sound incredible. But the final audio in the camera is not gonna be 32 bits float. But really, is super easy to sync the audio in post, two clicks and it's done! And you will have the best audio possible. K3m is good, but you need to set the gain all the time. If you are on an environment with audio level variations, it will be hard. And is bigger than F3. For me, F3 is the best. If you really don't want to sync the audio in post, go with the K3m, but you will lose the 32 bits float.
Nice video and well build rig. However, I don't see any point messing with rigs if there is going to be any camera movement. Depending on what you are trying to film they have their place, but they wouldn't work for me. Since getting an my RS3 Pro the results have been crazy smooth.
Hey! Thank you! Glad you like it. If you use and like gimbals, clearly, you don’t need rigs. I don’t really like to use gimbals and for me is much better to do it like this. It’s a matter of choise and style :) Thank you!
Imma need a link to the tool slippers 2:03 .... Great video btw, I've wanted an f3 for the longest, currently waiting for a sale since its not a necessity at the moment.
Hey! Thank you! For me is not. I prefer to press record on camera and recorder but have perfect audio then to go home and realise that I have bad sound for my client. That will be a disaster. And most of the time, If I shoot an event that is 1-2-3 hours long, I start the recording at the beginning and stop it at the end for the audio. The files are small comparing with the video files. For me it's useful and easy.
Thanks for the great video! Does the lavalier xlr mic allows you to record in 32 bits on the zoom F3 ? Or is it 24 bits ? I have been struggling to find wireless 32 bits float mics…
Hey! The file in the F3 will be 32 bits float but if you clip the lavalier… the f3 will record that clip. It’s about the connection between the transmitter and receiver. This lavalier is pretty good for that. For the moment it’s hard to find wireless 32 bits but in the future this will be everywhere :)
i was wondering becouse i have a lens with a 49mm diameter but the smallrig mini matbox i bought is 95mm. i have looked high and low but nowwhere on this planet i can seem to find a step up ring with those diameters. does someoen know where i can get one??

Thank bro 🙋🏻♂️ Yeah, sound is super important for me. I don’t have a 360 camera but it’s cool to have one on the rig. 😁
Looking forward to your next video.
Thanks! I hope I can shoot something :))
Nice video!
Thank you 🙋🏻♂️
Hi Gabriel, do you sync the audio in post, or you use timecode? If you use timecode with F3, how do you do It? Thanks
Hey. I don’t use timecode. I just sync it in post :)
What cold shoe mount was holding the F3 to the cage?

Hey! The link to the bag is in the description :)
If it’s not a must, it’s good to wait for a sale :)
Thank you!
@@GabrielVIP ah yes, I was talking about your house shoes in the clip but I'll buy the bag instead 😂.
Oooo 😂😂😂 I understand. It was a gift so… I will try to find them 😂😂
Nice rig. But you have to hit record on camera for video an on zoom for audio. That is inconvinient. Isnt it?

@@GabrielVIP thats right. Thx for pointing that out Mate.
@flamonaut 🙋🏻♂️🤗
What about using quick-release attachments, like from Manfrotto, on your rig instead of keeping it all together?
Thanks for the great video!
