    Today's Summary:
    1) Don’t Eat the Frog in the Morning
    2) Follow a Template
    3) Go For Time Boxing
    4) Use Checklists
    5) Set an Overflow Day
    6) Avoid Over Scheduling

Love the message here! Totally agree with not “eating the frog” first thing. Instead eat it at peak energy or ambition level

this is fantastic for those that can dictate their own time. Does not work for those that need to schedule time on a minute to minute or hour to hour time frame. Not everyone works in an office or work from home format

I appreciated your take on time blocking. I’ve always thought it would be interesting to see someone’s example of this sort of thing who has a 9-5 job. I already employ this sort of thing at work, but creatively at home, I struggle a bit more because I just want to relax on my days off. Idk, just feels like sometimes the folks who want to be productive, but don’t have to make their own structure are a little left out. But I guess I could just do this on my weekends. But then how do I work this out with my spouse? All good food for thought. Thanks again and keep it up!

I have decided to stop responding to emails after noon on any given day. This clears the afternoons for projects... in case anyone else wants to try it too.

I've recently tried watching these videos, and I think that as a freelancer or entrepreneur where you're the boss it would work ideally.
For people in a lower end corporate role like me though, it's basically impossible to make this kind of scheduling work because my coworkers will have random projects or tasks pop up all the time lol.
