    Whenever you feel stuck, tired, burned out and just feel like there’s something wrong with your life - what do you usually do at that time?
    Most people are taught that whenever your productivity levels aren’t high, your only solution is to push yourself a little bit more - break the resistance, finding some solace in the hard work. But how many of us have ever actually felt better by doing so?
    💻 2022 ONLINE PRODUCTIVITY CLASSES ARE NOW OPEN: If you’re interested in organisation + productivity coaching/consulting or occasional workshops with me you can schedule here: calendly.com/simpleproductivi...

    This is coming exactly at the right time! Trying to push ourselves despite being depleted leads to Burnout, because we're not machines...

    I’ve been making lists of things I want to do every day and then don’t end up doing it so this video is definitely helping get me out of my funk too 🙏🏽. I want to try and create habits too because I feel like I’m not living up to my potential. Thanks for getting me back on track 💛

    Thanks Mariana - such a useful video and content for so many people! Burnout is a big issue in today's busy life of 2022!! I think listening to your body, your heart and your mind is so important. When we feel energised and motivated we can do amazing things in life - but when we are tired and depleted we simply cant perform as we usually can. Cyclical cycles are interesting too - so thankyou

    This really got me! I grew up in England and moved to Scotland and the difference in light is really noticeable (can be around half an hour more/lessat each end of the day). Summer is glorious and I’m full of energy but I have to pace myself more carefully through winter to keep mentally healthy. Lots of northern countries have concepts like hugge or coorie which are all about finding comfort and positivity in dark winters.

    I looove this idea of just going with the flow of the cycle.
    Literally the whole planet works that way, but we humans think we have 'cracked the code' and made it better. Result: burn out 😂

    I really enjoyed this - so thank you! This is something I’ve been slowly learning to accept as truth over the last couple of years since working with my ADHD coach.

    Every one needs a space for themselves to evolve, to be comfortably themselves. Eating more Anti-inflammatory foods and reducing inflammatory foods helps. But, it's not just enough, if you are knowingly or unknowingly getting along with some toxic people in your life, it's even more sick.

    Is funny that you are explaining 5o respect cyclical rhythm with fruits and vegetables
    And show raspberries, blueberries and oranges when EACH of them sproutout in a really different moment of the year!

    • @mariana-vieira
      @mariana-vieira  2 роки тому +2

      Raspberries can be grown in Portugal all year long due to our weather :) oranges and blueberries are in season (blueberries are picked between April to September) and oranges are also grown basically all year long although usually they’re considered “in season” until June.

    8 minutes long video, with almost half of that time some random ear soothing useless blurb, today's UA-camrs sure know how to stretch a 2-3 minutes short "tip video" into a full blown ad-serving monetized waste of time
