- In this product review video, MIRA Safety CEO Roman Zrazhevskiy provides an in-depth analysis of various filters, focusing on their applications, specifications, and differences.
Roman begins by highlighting the new VK-530 filter, which is designed for emergency situations like escaping from smoky areas during wildfires, and emphasizes its capability to convert carbon monoxide into carbon dioxide. From there, he shifts his attention to the NBC-77 SOF and NBC-17 SOF filters, noted for their suitability in chemical, biological, radiological, and nuclear (CBRN) applications. The bestselling NBC-77 SOF, in particular, stands out due to its combination of three filters into one and its ability to handle a wide range of threats, including radioactive methyl iodide.
Finally, Roman compares the P-CAN and P-CAN compact filters-designed specifically for riot control applications-with the ParticleMax and ParticleMax compact filters, which are effective against particulates like dust, mold, bacteria, and viruses.

Training filter please...
When will you guys make a training filter :)
I picked up a small cheap filter at a local surplus store to use as a training filter
Hopefully not a gp5
Very good question.
Does the VK 530 help with cbrn stuff too?
Yes it does
It works on some CBRN threats but is not intended for the full spectrum. If you're looking for a more comprehensive CBRN filter, I would suggest the NBC-77 SOF.
Shelf life?
