Hope you are all having a lovely day. I am so happy to be posting day 5 of the 7-day pilates summer challenge for 2024. This challenge offers various benefits both physically i.e improving core strength, enhancing flexibility, achieving a better posture and increased energy levels as well as emotionally i.e. helping relieving stress and improve focus.
All 7 videos are either 15 or 20 minutes long allowing it to be time manageable and fit into all of our busy routines.

Day 5 complete🎉 Today was the first day of the challenge that I was sore, I also did it first thing in the morning which is unusual for me❤
