A lot of women spend time trying to make their ex jealous because they secretly want them back. They stay connected on social media and get dolled and up post a lot of stories. Constantly looking to see if their ex is watching. Still need validation from a person they’re supposed to be getting over. Not moving forward at all. They are sabotaging their emotions and stopping themselves from moving on. No matter how many dates they post with two drinks they will never get over their ex as long as they’re hoping that he sees what they’re doing. don’t torture yourself trying to be noticed by person who already discarded or who you had to discard. Move on by cutting ties energetically that includes social media. Stop watching your ex and stop trying to be watched by your ex.
