    I am 20, i stopped taking suger when I was 19.. your findings exactly reflected in my body..
    I don't know how many people will do this ..
    But if they tried and get a wonderful result they won't go back ..😊😊

    Didn’t find link as you said that many products use alternate of sugar in prescription on product label.
    I watched u r video n follow so strictly n result is very positively phenomenal. In two month I reduced 15kg only through simple diet.

    Dear Ryan thanks for the video. Just a quick question. My son who is 7years old is into the habit of eating doodh(milk) roti at night. This is the time when he consumes little milk. So when I prepare it at night little sugar is added into the mixture. Could u plz suggest me another alternative to sugar so that the mixture is sweet in taste. Is jaggery good? Can I add that?

    Is sucralose a sugar too???
    Their is a label in pre workouts which tells it contains sucralose

    Can you please clarify the distinction between sugar and carbs when you say your body only has 2 sources of energy, sugar and fat? Do you mean carbs here or just sugar? Will giving up sugar but replacing it with other carbs without reducing quantity be better?
