One of the best Podcast, no bull shit straight to the point. Dr Arvind sir is so calm and composed and the way he answered the queries related to brain, my headache went away 😊
31:25 it actually means the percentage of alcohol is dangerous not the types of alcohol. If the beer contains a small amount of alcohol it doesn't mean you can drink 5 bottles. 1 60ml whisky peg contains 25 ml of pure alcohol As I read all types of alcohol contain the same types of alcohol chemical whether the bottle costs ₹100 or ₹1,00,000.
Life is not easy for anyone . Rather than solving this issue with alcohol and smoking, there's other things to do to mk yourself better.. Choose a sport u like and u want to be excel in and make that sports a habit.. Life can run smoothly without alchol and smoking. Alcohol and smoking can't be a solution to any problem.. I m going through so much in life that i can't describe... But i dont think alcohol will heal it..

Yes...guest has more information to share. Let them speak. 😑 Ranveer apne ego ko boost karne keliye other podcast ka examples deta hai beech mein...Jo zarori nhi hai... Aap bhi vaisa hi kar rahe ho. 😮
@rajshamani sir actually head weight won’t affect much to your posture. The main reason for your posture is that muscles stamina and strength capacity have reduced to hold it in right position and for prolonged time. So basically when your neck wall muscles are becoming weaker and they head weight is same but for your muscles that same weight is also more and they are overloaded. You spoke about headaches and other pain all are from our cervical area because it’s overloaded and compressed causing pressure on dics and nerves and lead to cervicogenic pain( headache) or radiating pain where origin of pain cervical region and symptoms are where those nerves travel. Its all starts with muscles and cures with right training to those muscles.
Just excellent . Worth listening to it several times to understand it in the right perspective and make use of it . I request you should Have more sessions with Dr . Arvind who would take up one branch in one episode . Thanks a lot Raj . God bless you .

Dementia is nothing but people becoming kids in their old age. High level functioning gayab ho jati hai because body is trying to save energy. Our society has made remembering our life events so so important to our existence that they take up way too much resources and we are 'lost in the past'. We say 'Be present' to even kids these days right? People didnt used to have good memory. I remember news channels always saying that whatever bad happens in our society like rapes, murders, scams.. people forget and move on within weeks. Thats how common man was. Then came the concept of timeline on FB : ) And then ofcourse the explosion of social media. Now everything is being documented and people remember their timeline way too strongly. How can they be present in present? Dementia hoga he. I am not saying having a good event based memory is a bad thing. Just that its not for happy go lucky not so evolved people. Again there are exceptions. Some people in small towns have extra ordinary memory. Again its a socially rewarding skill. Whatever I lost interest I hope you got the point : D I think its the Dementia kicking in : D
Let go of the long term memory and enjoy the present in your old age : ) Our generation is much more awake than previous one. I am sure it will achieve it when the time comes. And yes achieve financial freedom so that you can afford a robot nurse to take care of you. The society will simply suppress you if you are being a kid and having a good time in your old age. I hope society normalizes oldies being useless. They have to let go of their work related wisedom and have only survival wisedom available. Therapists should specialize in that. Robot nurses will take care of the rest. For any unexpected challenges like disputes, law related issues, major health issues, there has to be a body which takes care of them. Its a very good business model. Major hospitals have already started offering old age society apartments with lot of services. I hope they can include more. Though its only possible in a socialist society. A capitalist society would hope for the old person to spend all their life savings on healthcare and then keep them in ICU for days post their demise.

01:15:00 - Childhood mental trauma
It's absolutely outstanding. Please call someone who speaks about sleep deprivation and depression in detail.
I'm glad you are bringing up such useful topics!
Great to see Dr arvind bhateja sir
Listening from experts and getting correct information. That's what we want. Thanks
Thanks Raj and Doc Arvind for all the knowledge.
1 60ml whisky peg contains 25 ml of pure alcohol
As I read all types of alcohol contain the same types of alcohol chemical whether the bottle costs ₹100 or ₹1,00,000.
Wonderful ! Life saving info. Thank you so much Raj for such enlightening intrws. Thank you Dr. Arvind
You are doing great work.Thankyou
Life is not easy for anyone . Rather than solving this issue with alcohol and smoking, there's other things to do to mk yourself better.. Choose a sport u like and u want to be excel in and make that sports a habit.. Life can run smoothly without alchol and smoking. Alcohol and smoking can't be a solution to any problem.. I m going through so much in life that i can't describe... But i dont think alcohol will heal it..
No doubt your podcasts are changing the lives of the people of any age....just need to have patience to watch the whole podcast right from start to end... salute to you Raj Shamani...im regularly watching your every episode pls keep it up.❤❤
Your podcast is excellent, and it would be even better if you let your guests complete their statements before interjecting. Besides that, it's a highly informative podcast.
I agree. Because at so many times I was expecting their full statement but u interfered with another question and that statement was lost in the conversation. Pleaseeeee let them finish first 😊. I love ur podcasts. Please work on this advise....
Yes...guest has more information to share. Let them speak. 😑 Ranveer apne ego ko boost karne keliye other podcast ka examples deta hai beech mein...Jo zarori nhi hai... Aap bhi vaisa hi kar rahe ho. 😮
One of the best one on this channel, thanks for this!

For your kind understanding Mr Raj, the PM was not celebrating his less hours of sleep rather he was saying that it is a bad thing and how can we promote good amount of sleep among youngsters
It’s about quality of sleep.
take it easy...he is talking about every motivating person who also has this issue ...
Lol u r so offended....pm was indeed glorifying it by indirectly telling how hardworking he is
Podcasts are actually a great path towards accelerated growth in no time❤

Health education should be the part of education system instead of Mughal
Instead of every ruler not only mughal don't be biased
True,as a doctor we know prevention is always better than cure. Awareness about healthy living is absolutely necessary to save our next generation from lifestyle
diseases.
