- These are 3 of my favorite go-to meals I make all the time, so I know I can make them 15 min or less: Juicy burst tomato pasta, black bean tacos with a twist (the twist is in the secret sauce), and teriyaki inspired sticky sweet tofu.
All of these meals are gluten-free, dairy-free and vegan - and perfect for busy weeknights when you want something fast and healthy. hope you enjoy! :)

My favorite way to have noodles is to roast grape tomatoes in garlic and olive oil at 375 degrees for 35 minutes. I put them in with cooked noodles (sometimes angel hair, sometimes linguni), reserve 1/2 to 3/4 cup if pasta cooking liquid, then i add the juice of 1 lemon and the pasta water and thats it...its so delicious

Thank you for these lovely easy recipes! I've been watching your videos for years & loved your South African accent but wow Liezl your accent has really changed so much! Love your content.
haha my SA accent is still there.. but it gets a little confused sometimes cause my accent changes slightly whether I'm in cape town or PE (east cape accent) or if I've been watching too much british series (then it get's slightly more british) and if I watch too much american series (then it gets slighlt american). it's ever changing. also i had a brazillian roommate for a while and then it turned slightly more brazillian .. it always finds it's way back to south african though
Just a little tip! If you pick the basil leaves off, rather than cutting the stem, new leaves grow back in their place really quickly! :)
I love pasta. I recently started making my own 'tomato sauce' by using only plain diced tomatoes, some parmesan, fresh basil, butter and olive oil. Way better than any jar or canned sauce! 😃😘😋

tofu is quite a bland or neutral flavor, the sauce in this recipe makes it very flavorful and yummy!

The secret sauce tacos were a hit! My tofu got all stuck and it was a non stick pan coated with olive oil 😭

I’m gonna try all your recipes but I’ll use chicken I’m not a bean person or tofu unless I’m eating a nice bowl of chili 😊& cornbread yum 🤤 but I’ll probably do your black bean taco recipe that seems to be right up my alley but with chicken 🍗 😂

Allora, mi piace il tuo canale MA (da italiana) ho degli appunti sulla pasta (ovviamente) 1 la pasta la sera solitamente è sconsigliata, sono carboidrati e si fa molta fatica a digerirla (inoltre perchè voi stranieri siete fissati con gli spaghetti? ci sono così tante varianti di pasta...vabbè) 2 i pomodorini si tagliano.....altrimenti sono peggio della lava, una volta cotti, e poi così ne puoi usare la metà 3 LA PASTA UNA VOLTA SCOLATA NON SI BAGNA CON L'ACQUA FREDDA....è un SACRILEGIO!!!!
