If you have 18" wheels (you can find them stock offset for relatively cheap, plus the Ford tpms sensors on Ebay are relatively cheap) The cheapest off road 33" tire size is LT275/70 18. If you want 33s, but don't care about off-road durability, 17" rims are your best bet with a P285/70 17. There's almost a half inch in diameter difference between those two though(18"s being taller but 285s wider), and LTs will always have more tread. You don't need a lift for 33"s either, as they fit stock height, and fill out the wells better. You can't really go much wider than 285 on the stock offset without rubbing though. You can go the more expensive route with wider offset new rims, but understand that you put more stress on the suspension and increase the scrub on your tires when you go wide offset. If you level the truck, you change the geometry more, reducing payload, and thus towing capacity. These new F-150s are already taller than F-1350s from 1999-2004 and have 9.4 inches of ground clearance stock, so either route works fairly well. Tires do the most to change the look of your truck without dumping 3 grand. If you do like I did and get some 18" steelies on the cheap and give them a rattle can job with tan camo, you too can look like you just got back from Desert Storm lol.
