As a former gm...you're close. We do not press burgers on top of each other. We use hand signals behind our back to grill from Cashier to dictate how many burgers or dogs to drop. Your verbals u heard was just out way to keep the crew on our toes. We nvr frop burgers on grill before the order is taken...we'd lose hundreds of pounds of meat a month doing so. 2 in...literally just means 2 guests in and get on station. They could be ordering dogs...so yeah . Our grills were at a constant 450 so you're a tad hot at 475. We did not use butter. And you need to smash those patties on grill after u put them on. Not after you flip them. You just pressed out the juices. And we only flip a total of 3 times. And we did put the cheese on the grill for like 3 seconds and put straight on on burger. Nvr cold cheese to burger. So you're close. But got some work to do 👍

Definitely go with the Sunday burgers theme please, try this one I used to buy here in Australia, 2 burger patties, Swiss cheese or Gouda, caramelised onions, fried red capsicum and mushrooms, bacon, pickles, mayo, sriracha or franks hot sauce, it’s called the devils burger and it’s awesome brother

Making korean pork chops - reverse seared in the Sous Vide, then onto the flat top for a finish. Having air fried korean dumplings and some broccoli and smoked chicken fried rice too !

Five guys meat when eating their burgers I’ve noticed that while chewing it feels like your chewing on beef with a some kind of rocks in the meat causing you to almost damage your teeth 🦷 has anyone else noticed that?
Hey Tommy, Great job five guys is definitely one of my go to Burgrz I usually order: Bacon cheese lettuce tomato grilled onions grilled mushrooms ketchup mustard mayonnaise pickles and when I’m feeling it I’ll substitute the pickles for jalapeños🙂 And wrapping the burger is the key this is one of the messiest burgers you’ll ever eat but it’s worth it. Also I’m a big fan believe it or not a red Robin and make some pretty good burgers a copycat suggestion is the mad love burger that would be something to look at and they also do like limited time burgers specialty burgers they had one a while ago that was awesome but for the life of me I can’t remember what they called it it had some fancy lettuce and this killer balsamic vinegar-based sauce it was simply one of the best burgers I’ve ever Had and trust me that’s saying something I’ve had a few burgers in my day if I ever run across that again I’ll let you know have a great one🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸👍
