Man I love Jojo OPs cause 90% its gonna be a spoiler but like... Is it? Most of the time im confused if it was just visual representation of whats gonna happen or its the actual fight cause trying to understand the difference between between real and not. Also every OP is a banger.
Those are really good openings, when they show you what's gonna happen but it's so abstract/out of place that you don't know if it's true

The bleach tybw part 2 opening is one of my favorites of all time, it spoils you of what’s gonna happen but unless you read the manga you don’t know it, also the song slaps

Ngl One Piece Openings be wildin too, op 3 showed Robin as a crew member like 20 episodes before Alabasta even ended, and op 12 music was so vibrant for the opening of Marineford.

I honestly think yu yu hakusho's openning is the best in anime cause the music is so good.

The cap opening i hated the most was the Aot one were beast titan was running along side a Trex, flying whale and a giraffe.

I was an early reader for jjk manga and when the anime came out and i saw the op i was like "you motherf-......." They devious for that one but i like it.

Chainsaw Man has a lot of movie references because I think it’s because Fujimoto loves cinema so much. And most of what we see are references to either other media Fujimoto likes or even actual scenes that happen on the anime, it’s pretty cool. I think the randomness fits Chainsaw Man and I really wouldn’t want it any other way.

Me personally, the best anime opening is Kagura bachi, the song was so catchy i sang it throughout my childhood. and that scene in the opening where it referenced the final fight and kagura bachi saying "It truly was, a kagura bachi"

for me, the one-piece Enies lobby opening was so cool yet so annoying looking back on it, it basically showed half of the stuff from Monster Point Chopper, to gear 2 and even hinted at ussop burning the flag

You can’t forget the “running” trope. I noticed that shit as far back as 2010ish when really started watching more anime.
I typically skip openings and endings now. “Erased” gave the abridged series, also I don’t want to be watching and be waiting to see a character shown in the opening.
If I was in charge I would make everything random with maybe subtle nods instead of spoiling viewers or getting their hopes up.

Ain't no way he made a section about spoiler intros and did not include dbz kai. That into spoils basically the whole arc. Ss3, Ultimate Gohan, Majin Vegeta, Gotenks, Majin Buu, Super Buu, Kid Buu, Babidi, Dabora and just about every important fight that happens in the arc.

Nah, I de-SPISE spoiler openings. When I watched Darwin’s game way back when, I remember seeing homeboy fighting a big dude with a helmet and LMG, only for it to cut to the opening and those mfs are walking side by side and I’m still made about it. I stopped paying so much attention to OP visuals from then.

People skipping anime intros are weak. Back then in the days of DBZ, we saw Goku turning into a super Saiyan (we didn't know it was called S.S but that Goku had some sort of transformation) Then, paying attention to the very same opening reveals Vegeta is also a super Saiyan and that a mysterious warrior (Future Trunks) is also a super saiyan. Did anyone complain about that? Nope. Was the overall experience with the anime destroyed because of that? Nope.
