No, he remembers. Just, a lot of shit has happened, so he hasn't really had time to process her confession. That's also without including the part that he literally does not yet understand the different concepts of love (because he grew up without any familial affection or friends).

You probably have noticed, but just in case: two of the openings you liked the most are by the same band, Ikimono-gakari. And boy do they slap!
Overall, I've seen quite a few of opening reactions, but enjoyed yours the most. Here you have context since you're watching the show, but your blind Bleach reaction was no less great. These are reactions that are rewatchable (and I will surely do so).
As for the format: I'd probably just watch the OPs on your own (without spoiling), and then upload more of a review/tier list of a bunch. After all, bopping to the songs you've already grown to like seems better than listening for the 1st time. Just like in this video, you've listened to them for a week and revised your grades.

Not really. For me even after finishing Naruto the pain arc Naruto entrance was the best one in the show. Gave me real chills. The others never had such an impact.

One thing for the future to know. No spoilers.
Some of the Intros look and sound a little bit "off" thats because there decided to make them in a different style. It was the time off the Tsunami in japan in 2011 so there made them alot less tragic and emotional then the others.

For me Blue Bird, Sign, Diver, Silhoutte and the 20th(last) opening hit different. The last opening cuz thats literally the last opening of shippuden and it actually hits different.

8:00 STFU, Don't talk smack about the Greatest DUO Izumo and Kotetsu, theyre chunins, much higher ranked than Naruto and theyre the village guards. Theyre one of the strongest Shinobis along with Ebisu, Ramen Guy, Tenten and Madara.

8:05 not liking these two almost nameless shinobi for that reason shows you don't understand how fights in Naruto works. These two would get bodied by Hidan and Kakuzu straight up. It would have been senseless deaths that defies the 4 man squad rules. Fights in Narutoverse requires strategy. It's not like DBZ where the worst thing that can happen is the fighters hold back. They were using climbing silver, and not even Shikamaru knew the full extent of his opponents' abilities. The strategy depended on Shika's shadow possession, so he needed protection. When Kakuzu stepped in, which was what they feared in the beginning, the battle was so one-sided. The best thing these two guys did was determine that Hidan could not be killed.

Naruto forgot Hinata's confession because after her confession Naruto transformed into the nine tails and when he transforms into the nine tails he has a short-term memory loss kinda thing and he forgets things, as stated by Yamato. So forgot that Hinata confessed her love to him.

Out of the first 8, opening 7 is my favorite full song. Shippuden doesn't have a trash opening until op 10 and the song itself ain't even trash just the visuals. Also some Shippuden endings are just as fire as the opening like ending 34. The series doesn't have the best op-end combo in all of anime but it's very good nonetheless
My fav is actually op 17 then 2nd is op 10.. Am i that weird?
