I think that the cleo doll is really cool! I'm not a collector, nor did I grow up with monster high. I just really like the fashion on monster high dolls in general compared to barbie.
You should give Monster High a chance.

I was just looking yesterday at the first black n white Frankie comic con doll on ebay, and I actually found one for $6,000.00! I wish I could have gotten the new Voltageous Frankie but she went too fast, and she is now as high as $400.00! I'm really not sure what to do about getting any dolls in the future unless Mattel changes the way they sell dolls. Always love your videos Sweetie
right :,(! hopefully once october first hits we’ll at least have some widely accessible MH dolls at a reasonable price (in the USA and whatever other territories it’s debuting in).
I was just thinking about why Monster High had booths in Comic Con since it's a doll brand. I thought it was because Comic Con accepts any toy brands with a fan base or because of how they look. Now I know why and it's a cool marketing strategy.

Agreed. Dolls shouldn't have been limited to two per day, but one in total. Many people really wanted one and didn't get it, because of people like the guy who bought six dolls. I mean, that's just unfair!
It was a highlight to my con this year to get our pic together in our cosplays. The return of MH to Comic Con is amazing and I hope will continue every year for a very long time 🖤

I wish I had picked up an OG SDCC Frankie when she was like 200 ish dollars but that was before I had really given myself over to the addiction. lol. I am also kicking myself over the Cleo/Ghoulia pack as it is gorgeous!!! I just kept waiting and waiting and now......
I would love to know what the release numbers are for each year. I didnt know the first year was 5000. I was lucky enough to find some of her items online and I rerooted a black and white Skull Shores Frankie so I sort of have one of my own. I remember seeing someone repaint the first Frankie (this was before she cost you an arm and a leg.....rofls...get it? Frankie?....anyways), they did it in rainbow colors and I always thought she was so lovely. Really rare too because of how sought after she is, who would repaint one now right? You looked fangtastic at the Con Clawdeena. One of Draculauras best outfits is that Forbitten Love, it was so detailed with those little buttons. Stinkin Cute!
I love History and I love Monster High. I kinda fell out of comic con love until this year with MH reappearing. I really hope to go some day just for Monster High!
Kids that were born near the 2010s never the got the chance to get of the dolls it would be really nice to sell some of the old dolls for the that haven't been able to get any of the dolls

Ik I would and many other fan cant afford the dead fast ghoulia ( my favorite sdcc) and I kinda hope that they come up with a new dead fast in the coming future, like what they did with a black&white frankie.
I've been so lucky to be able to see Monster High grow and change over the years I've been in love with it. Monster High has made me who I am today, and I'm so thankful for it 💜💜💜
As a marketing director, I always say, you create an experience NOT a product.
Mattel is very successful at this. And more companies tried to cash in with the surprise toy craze.
But from the very beginning, I was always into the monster high brand and not so much the dolls.
I love that they incorporated a little piece of the Sweet 1600 dolls into the Voltageous Frankie!! That makes them even more fangtastic!! Thank you for always making my day better with your videos 💜💜💜

I sadly gave away most of my collection to my little cousins when I was younger (i don't regret that as they kept being loved and played with), and most of the dolls that I did keep are pretty busted, hoping to bring them back to un-life and now that I have a stable job and with the new dolls coming out, start collecting again!

We have most of the Comic Con dolls and I like the main lines of the dolls...I don't like to buy the dolls over and over for the new outfits (I will buy the outfits separately if possible). Was Finnegan Wake released? I don't think we have that one.
I think it's worth mentioning that the supposed value of dolls on ebay is not reflective of their actual worth. An item may be listed at a certain price, but left unsold for months. The true value is only reflected when the item actually sells, and often this is at a greatly discounted rate.
My favorite Monster High comic con dolls are Wisp and Valentine. Slightly related, but I really want to get all the Ever After High SDCC exclusives one day, I actually was a fan of Ever After High first and got into Monster High later.
Boys can love dolls and "girly" shows and movies. I love monster high. I really want a dark MH live action show. That would be so cool. With good CGI.
My favorite SDCC dolls before Frankie 2022 has to be dead fast ghoulia or the two set of Ghoulia and Cleo 😍

I want to talk about Venus Mcflytrap. She's my favorite doll cuz, I've always perceived her a eco-punk with so much potential. she is one of the most overlooked dolls and I just want so much more of her

I really hope they will create some amazing new characters. And that some of those new characters will become SDCC exclusives too. There are still so much Monsters they haven't transformed into MH dolls yet.

I find it interesting that the Cleo & Ghoulia set once went on clearance and is now 10 times the price on eBay. I also recall some Barbie Silkstones going on clearance around 2010, and they also now sell for hundreds of dollars. I am looking forward to your episode about the prices of dolls. As an older collector who started again after many years of absence, the prices of some dolls on eBay really fascinate (and disturb) me.

Monster high is not a Fashion doll line, they are Fantasy dolls, no fashion, 0 details, printed fabrics, 0 attention to detail

Love the Haunt Couture dolls. My dear love Lagoona looks beautiful and i like that they chose to make her look more elegant rather than sporty because i feel like it gives the more elegant and runway aesthetic the rest of the dolls have!!

I have given up on Monster High, people keep talking about the reboot but I haven't seen any in my local stores. My 15 yr old granddaughter wanted one - but I can't find any that aren't outrageous priced!

I never got a monster high doll growing up but i always watched the webisodes. I recently bought a G3 draculaura doll and i love her. I only plan on getting draculaura creeproductions and maybe Clawdeen. However when ever after high came out i was so happy because i knew my mom would let me get them and i hope we’ll get to see ever after high again.
I'm hoping they make another animated movie and not just a life action one like they are right now..
My Hope is that Mattel brings this franchise back to life, but not only that come back with a whole new line of dolls again. Not only was keyword was I collector because I sold all my dolls to people but I was seriously in love with this whole brand monster high dolls the mobility of their arms and articulation was phenomenally crazy and then she came out with ever after high that was a whole game changer for me as well
