I’ve been doing calisthenics a lot more seriously now and I’ve been doing what I would do at the gym at home for example PPL, but with body movements and A lot of dips. I’m 6’0 215 19 yrs old and would like any advice especially with building a back since I don’t have a pull up bar. Also eating as well
That’s awesome man keep grinding. Now to your question if you access to dumbells DB rows can do the job to add mass to your back. If you wanted to keep the training bodyweight focused. A pull up bar is available at your local playground hope this helps.
