At this point everything has really just morphed into "Submission Grappling" in general with elements from Catch, Amateur Wrestling, Japanese Jiu Jitsu, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Judo, Sambo, Lutte Libre, Gracie Jiu Jitsu etc. all mixed together.
The terms "Nogi Jiu Jitsu" and "Submission Grappling" can pretty much be used interchangeably at this point to describe the same thing.

I would say that Gracie Jiu-Jitsu is an actual systematic way of fighting another person in a real fight that includes Strikes (Front Kick before the clinch / Heel Strike from the guard etc) Like what Royce and Rickson used in their fights. Brazilian jiu jitsu seems more like pure grappling and sport orientated in my opinion.
