बड़े भाई कपालभाति सबके लिए नहीं होती है हर पेशेंट के ऊपर अलग-अलग स्पीड से कपालभाति करनी होती है आपने एक ही स्पीड जिन्हें कोई जख्म या सूजन है पेट में तो उन्हें किस स्पीड से किस गति से करनी है कौन सी शक्ति का उपयोग करना है आप इस पर ज्यादा ध्यान दो क्योंकि कपालभाति हर इंसान के लिए अलग-अलग स्पीड से करनी होती है हर पेशेंट की अलग-अलग कंडीशन होती है मैं इसे भुगत चुका हूं इतनी स्पीड जो आप दिखा रहे हैं यह बहुत खतरनाक है उनके लिए जिन्हें पेट में कोई इन्फ्लेमेशन कोई सूजन या कोई भी बड़ी समस्या है तो अदर वाइज शरीर के पेट को छोड़कर शरीर के दूसरे ऑर्गन में अगर कहीं कोई गांठ है हेपो कपालभाति स्पीड से किया जा सकता है
