    Without adjustment I can sit for about 10 to 12 minutes.....but how to increase time to 30 _ 35 minutes , please advise

      The excess of everything is bad. Listen to your body and change the posture when u feel uncomfortable.

    when I stretch hamstring I feel pain in back of knee not in hamstring.

      Try to keep ur knee straight by using your quad muscle or micro bend the knee if you still get the pain. Best of luck.
