Clinically, I measured my testosterone level at 390. At 50 years of age. I started on HCG twice a week at 50 units. I checked my testosterone levels once again and saw that my levels Rose to 1000. Prior to all of this I had also had an inverse ratio of estrogen to testosterone where my estrogen level was 246. I carried about 30% body fat and consider that adipose tissue plays a huge factor in aromatization. So I went on 2.5 mg of letrozole weekly which brought it down to around 20. I continued on HCG and started adding 500 units of testosterone weekly. My testosterone levels jumped up to 3500 and my free testosterone was around 1300. My testicular volume remained constant throughout my cycle which later anavar was added. I suffered from no evidence of gynecomastia or puffy nipples. I was able to get off of HCG and testosterone and was able to Free Fall a little bit in my gains to include in my testicles but the pituitary biofeedback Loop for me was not affected as post- PCT I was able to stay off for 3 months and had no side effects. In my opinion HCG and Mild use of letrozole is definitely a winning combination during cycle and post cycle.
I can give my own personal testimony at age 42. My testosterone was low around like 200 mainly caused because of hyperactive prolactin issue. I got on HCG basically taking two ML’s a week and my testosterone shot up to 900 and this is coming from 200. So simply just by taking it my testosterone got into the normal range high normal range.

Been on trt for 2 years now, with and without taking hcg @ 250 iu eod. I find that when I'm not taking hcg along with the testosterone, my libido goes in the tank. Feel my best on 60mg test twice a week and 250 hcg Monday, Wednesday, Friday.
10 years ON AAS + HCG and no signs of gonadal atrophy, only sometimes when the at the end of the 10ml HCG in BAC water, strength diminishes hence some hypo gonadism, just make another HCG mix asap and they will return to normal. Thank you for this video. My trt place sent me Gonaderelin in place of HCG. Did at home sperm motility tests before and after the switch. Went from fertile and fine on HCG to infertile on Gonaderelin. Bought HCG from a pharmacy in India immediately after the infertile test result. A years worth for 100 bucks.
It's unfortunate HCG is so restricted right now. Even major insurance companies and top tier expensive plans are refusing to cover it. My doctor prescribed it for me and even with my insurance which is a good one, it was denied.
My doctor kept me on 1cc (200mgs Enathate) for three months one shot per week. Two days prior to the weekly shot he had me take a high dose of HCG 75iu weekly. We got pregnant while staying on TRT in 3 months! He is writing an article in some medical journal/magazine. He’s been able to get all 8 couples/patients that have/are on cycles and TRT pregnant. I inject 40mg twice per week of enanthate along with 300IU 2-3X per week and my total T was right at 1500 and my free T was 280. Doc was shocked it was that high on such a low amount. BTW, 75iu is a very low dose of HCG. Dr. Lipschultz here in Houston prescribes 1500iu per week but I can't take that much because it tends to cause anxiety. My hemoglobin was 17.2 and hematocrit 51.6%. You mind me asking what your hemoglobin/hematocrit is on your current dose. Thanks!
This was strictly for fertilization purposes to get pregnant leaving a response strictly for the doctor here. I don’t run E at all. I run Cypionate at 180mgs/wk which keeps me at a healthy level around 960. Each person is different and requires different doses and micro dosing for some and for others a single dose per week works better. I prefer not to get into a breakdown of what my numbers are

Hey Doc I personally use HCG for mono-therapy free of androgen use at 800ius a week split from 2 shots a week. I’d love to hear more information on it’s usage in mono-therapy and in it’s use with microdosed clomid about 6.25g daily for people that are non users of steroids in any capacity and too young to risk shutting down potential fertility!
Clomid works for you at a dose of 6.25mg per day ? Personaly less than 25mg a day doesn't change my bloodtest. I tried to be on 12.5mg every day and literally my bloodtest was the same as it was without clomid
I am doing 200mg test/week and 20mg anavar. Also 4000 hcg a week. After 5 months done sperm check. 30mln/ml sperm concentration with decent motility and morphology. Before my testosterone cycle my concentration was 92mln/ml with a very good motility. So obviously got worse now but still is good. Hcg seems to be doing its job. As I think without the hcg my numbers would have plummeted more.
I'm planning on embarking on TRT soon. My doc has prescribed 70 mg testosterone enanthate / week and 5000 IU hcg a week to maintain fertility, along with Clomephene every other day. However somehow most forums talk of low dosages of TRT, eg. 1000 IU to 1500 IU per week. Yours is the only comment talking of sperm concentration and correlating it with the HCG dosage of 4000 IU. Many thanks for this. I trust my doctor is going in the right direction. However, there's a small doubt in my mind about increased aromatization with such large HCG dosage while on TRT. Any comments?
@@MK-wn6hl yes 5000 seems on the higher end. Specially if you run Clomid too. I personally would run max 2500-3000 Units of HCG a week plus Clomid 12.5- 25mg every other day.
What do you think of the practice of using HCG during the cycle to prevent full shutdown? Let's say every 4 weeks for a week, every other day inj. Of about 250ui Did it for quite sometime and (maybe I was lucky) and a very good response even once the cycle is finished. Very little variation in mood, libido, etc.
It doesn't work so quick it can take a good 3/6 months it's varys from person to person depending on your reason for use or depending on your natural testosterone levels everybody is diff ... try clomid mate works wonders for most

I don’t use it. I’ve had a vasectomy so no more kids for me. I also really don’t care about the size of my testicles. Been an AAS user for 25 yrs with TRT for 12 years. I’m 45 and feel ok. Keep in mind that it's not just about fertility. You should always consider taking HCG or even Fadogia Agrestis to help maintain intra-testicular function so you can maintain upstream hormone function such as pregnenolone and progesterone.
Also HCG is so hard to get in Miami now omg even 2-3 years ago it started where the prices where just going sky high from compounded pharmacies . It got to crazy . 200$ for one vial 5,000 IU or so if I remember it’s crazy ! Thank God we have enclomid now it’s a much better drug than the other SERMS
I've been on TRT for 1.5 years along with Clomid 50mg twice weekly. I had an analysis done and my sperm count is zero. I'd reckon time to find a way to get HCG instead.
I cannot find ANY information about taking HCG for body building / testosterone increase WITHOUT being on TRT. How much is a good amount to use. I don't want to do TRT, but I do want to increase testoterone levels. And HCG is supposed to be a good source for that. However, I can't understand how much should I dose.
I've heard an interesting argument that when coming off trt "cold turkey" first the half-life of the gear clears(let's say it's T propionate, so one week after last injection, probably the shortest half-life). Then the HPG(?) usually reacts pretty fast(a week?) and starts the release of natural gonadotropin. Third is testes reacting to HCG which is the one that takes too long to start going(a month?). This results in a few conclusions that 1) Clomid and tamoxifen are not needed unless your gear has a long suppressive clearance period(like Nandrolone taking 20 weeks as shown in a MPMD video v=2kjx1U6PKFA 7:10), and even then 2) You only really need HCG because after clearance the period of recovery of natural gonadotropin is negligible. Is this complete nonsense?

HMG 75iu on Monday and Thursday If you want to mix HCG & HMG, same protocol but HMG on Monday and Friday and 250-500iu of HCG on Wednesday Very powerful protocol Edit: maybe you would need to control E2, so having an AI near you is recommended. Most of the time, 200-400mg per day of DIM (supplement) is more than enough to control your estrogens
I have always been under the impression that HCG should only be used when coming off or trying to restart your system after gear use. Using it while on is like flicking the light switch off and on constantly 🤷🏻♂️
People only do this to boost the power of test but i agree use it when you come off people are just greedy and your body might not respond to hcg coming off if you have already been using this whilst on a course

Im 36 y, low T220 and somewhat low LH. My doc thinks I might have secondary hypogonadism. He suggested HCG 750iux3 weekly + tamoxifen 10 mg x 3 as alternativ to TRT+HCG. What is you opinion about that?

Question...Im coming off TRT for over 2 years to get my wife pregnant. I got my sperm tested and before I started TRT and I had over 300 Million sperm, now I have none. I have been doing HCG now Gonadorelin 250 iu once a week. I got 2 vials of HCG and Clomid set aside to start this "come off" how would any of you start this PCT regiment to get fertile again?
The most important thing you need to realize is that the sperms you produce today, will be used 72-90 days from now. That means it will take you at least 3 months to recover from your azoospermia. If you want to do it the proper way, you need to be monitored by a doctor and get blood tests done on a regular basis, but if that's too expensive for you the best plan is probably to come off the testosterone and use modest doses of Clomiphene and hCG. Using too high doses can even reduce fertility. The protocol I'm using to recover my ferility is 25mg Clomiphene/day and 500iu hCG twice a week. I'm only guessing that it's caused by androgens. I'm going to an urologist soon to hopefully rule out varicocele. Also, don't underestimate lifestyle and vitamins. Needless to say it's also extremely important to abstain from bad habits like alcohol and smoking, as well as some less obvious things like hot baths!
Listen to your doc, but thats a pretty low dose of hCG. Though they may be keeping it low because hCG is also suppressive. It's tough trying to PCT and become fertile at the same time...

Thats overkill you need to waight 4 to 6 weeks to clear out al te esters, then you take 2000iu eod for 2 weeks then you take 50mg Enclomiphene so not clomid! And 20mg tamoxifen 4weeks

Neither one of them are estrogen inhibitors. Proviron improves your free test and your libido, nothing more than that. Tamoxifen it blocks the action of estrogen on your tits to avoid gynecomastia.

I use 40mg enanthate twice per week and 300iu 2-3X per week of HCG and my total T is right at 1500 and my free T is 280. Estrogen is 51 which is a little high and I don't take an AI. However, at 57 years of age I do notice a significant slowing of urine stream after taking the HCG. If I skip the HCG for a week it seems to improve. I'm assuming the HCG is converting more to estrogen or it could be a DHT issue as well. My hemoglobin averages 17 and hematocrit around 50-51%. A little nervous about the hematocrit but all the docs I have talked to said not to worry about it since the brain hematocrit is lower due to the Fåhræus-Lindqvist effect. Only time one should be concerned is if you are prone to clots or have clots in your lower extremities. Any comments appreciated?
@@mohammadmiran8484 To maintain intra-testicular function so that upstream hormones are not suppressed. There are always consequences when you use something like exogenous testosterone when it comes to altering other hormones. If you want to try and mimic what the body naturally produces then you must also try your best to maintain the entire hormonal cascade as well. Optimizing just testosterone is just a part of it because if you allow other hormones to get out of balance, then you are asking for trouble especially as you get older. I didn't mention this before, but I've been a clinical exercise physiologist for 27 years and I have helped countless men over the years regarding TRT and the reason I ask for opinions from others is because I am always learning something new when it comes to this topic. Come to find out my DHT levels were 3X higher than normal and the HCG was contributing to that. So, I stopped the HCG and now using tribulus, fadogia agrestis, and tongkat ali along with some peptides like BPC-157, PT-141, and NAD+/AOD 9604. I stopped the TRT shortly after my initial post and so far I am doing very well. I just don't like the fact of shutting down natural production as my baseline total T has always averaged in the 740-800 range, but my free T was always a bit low at 9.8-11 and I'd like to see that in the 15-20 range. The problem was my lack of sleep due to histamine intolerance and intermittent fasting which was driving up my SHBG. I failed to post a lot of this in my initial comment, but have found out a lot through blood testing since then.

Doc I take 1/4 of a 1mg pill of anastrozole is this something I can do indefinitely? It seems to keep my estrodiol between 25-35 ng dcl I think it's the measurement
i would for aim 40-60 for libido and joints and overall health im about to take a blood test myself on friday i guess, because first time in my life i had super underdosed anastrozole and it came out as 137
I wouldn’t due to the potential long term side effects. I personally use DIM, piperine, and calcium D glucarate to keep my E in check. It’s all natural and has worked great thus far. You could possibly crash your E on too frequently a dose of anastrozole and be hating it.
The current trend in TRT is to increase injection frequency and get rid of needing to take an AI altogether. I went from injecting 80mg once a week with 0.5mg arimidex/wk to 12mg every day and so far so good.

I stopped all my TRT treatment due to severe acne. I tried all the OC acne treatments and washed very often, yet I was getting cystic acne. I asked my clinic and they told me that the only option was to stop TRT. I stopped it cold Turkey, it has been rough!!
Amigo, try injecting more often per week, like 2-3 times, same dosage. I have suffered from same from the teen years. I do cycles all year long, I find different test affects my acme , try a different ester, maybe a Dht reducer. Good luck.
@@Dejesusluis87 oh, when i was taking anything over 120mG total a week and .25 HCG i would brake out. I went down to 88mG now i look 90% Better. The higher the dose was really bad for my skin. I was never really acne prone either. How long have you been off trt now?
@@philhoffman1684 i did it for 6 months and been off for about 6 months as of now. I talked to the doctor from the clinic I joined and he said that the only option was to stop it. I am not even sure if he would prescribe a different amount even if it is lesser than he prescribed. It was an online clinic.
37 yrs old. On trt for 2yrs. About to be married and we want a child together. Urologist gave me a semen analysis, came back 0 sperm 😢. Urology Dr doesn't think I can ever get my fertility back. My research says to quit trt which I have, run hcg for a few months and after a month off test to start clomid. While my urologist doesn't think it'll work he left it up to me and prescribed those 2 meds and kept the trt prescribed in case I want to stop. I'm committed to not using the test for 3 months and will do another semen analysis, I won't take trt for the next year in hopes we can have another child 🤞 I'll be back on trt some day and hopefully with another child. 5:05

Hey Todd, I was told that I qualified for TrT by my doctor. I didn't want to risk the side effects so I decided to use hCG, Clomid and Arimidex. I take 500 units of hCG twice a week, take 12.5mg of Clomid daily and .5mg of Arimidex twice weekly. The results have been incredible. I am able to increase muscle mass much faster and recover quicker too. I have been losing weight and have increased vascularity. It really became noticeable after about 6 weeks.
So I’m retired law enforcement. Have lower back and neck problems that range in severe according to MRIs. Started pain management 5years ago. Had neck surgery a year ago and doctor said I had soft bones. Said caused by a hormonal issue. Had tests done and found testosterone had tanked. Told this was caused initially by the pain meds I had been on (things they don’t tell you). Started testosterone and felt great at first and have total testosterone in normal range but free testosterone tanked to nothing. Thinking of adding HGC to possibly raise free testosterone? Currently trying to come off. 35 years old. Blast/cruise for 5 years. Going to do hcg 500ui eod for two weeks. Then wait three days after last hcg injection to do clomid/nolva. Week 1: 25mg clomid/ 20mg nolva. Week 2: 25mg clomid/ 20mg nolva. Week 3 & 4: 12.5mg / 20mg nolva. Going to do a total now of 3 months of Nolva at 20mg. Then I’ll be depressed for two years I imagine. Tried two months ago and relapsed. Clomid is a mother fxxker. Hope my balls hang low again!

I still not get it, lets spouse that you can get HCG , and you can even use clomid first to see if your testicles ( by increasing LH ) are working fine . lots of pinning- not needed, based on half life of both compounds. Could be twice a week or even once at right dose.

Went from fertile and fine on HCG to infertile on Gonaderelin. Bought HCG from a pharmacy in India immediately after the infertile test result. A years worth for 100 bucks.
My placed swapped me to Gonaderelin as well. I don’t care about fertility. I actually hate taking it all together.

It's unfortunate HCG is so restricted right now. Even major insurance companies and top tier expensive plans are refusing to cover it. My doctor prescribed it for me and even with my insurance which is a good one, it was denied.
My doctor kept me on 1cc (200mgs Enathate) for three months one shot per week. Two days prior to the weekly shot he had me take a high dose of HCG 75iu weekly. We got pregnant while staying on TRT in 3 months! He is writing an article in some medical journal/magazine. He’s been able to get all 8 couples/patients that have/are on cycles and TRT pregnant. This is in Atlanta, GA

I inject 40mg twice per week of enanthate along with 300IU 2-3X per week and my total T was right at 1500 and my free T was 280. Doc was shocked it was that high on such a low amount. BTW, 75iu is a very low dose of HCG. Dr. Lipschultz here in Houston prescribes 1500iu per week but I can't take that much because it tends to cause anxiety. My hemoglobin was 17.2 and hematocrit 51.6%. You mind me asking what your hemoglobin/hematocrit is on your current dose. Thanks!

I don’t run E at all. I run Cypionate at 180mgs/wk which keeps me at a healthy level around 960. Each person is different and requires different doses and micro dosing for some and for others a single dose per week works better. I prefer not to get into a breakdown of what my numbers are

I personally use HCG for mono-therapy free of androgen use at 800ius a week split from 2 shots a week. I’d love to hear more information on it’s usage in mono-therapy and in it’s use with microdosed clomid about 6.25g daily for people that are non users of steroids in any capacity and too young to risk shutting down potential fertility!
Clomid works for you at a dose of 6.25mg per day ? Personaly less than 25mg a day doesn't change my bloodtest. I tried to be on 12.5mg every day and literally my bloodtest was the same as it was without clomid
I've found HCG al9ng with TRT seems to give the most benefit . Libido much better along with testicular volume. Big question is should hcg be cycled ?
I am doing 200mg test/week and 20mg anavar. Also 4000 hcg a week. After 5 months done sperm check. 30mln/ml sperm concentration with decent motility and morphology. Before my testosterone cycle my concentration was 92mln/ml with a very good motility. So obviously got worse now but still is good. Hcg seems to be doing its job. As I think without the hcg my numbers would have plummeted more.
I'm planning on embarking on TRT soon. My doc has prescribed 70 mg testosterone enanthate / week and 5000 IU hcg a week to maintain fertility, along with Clomephene every other day. However somehow most forums talk of low dosages of TRT, eg. 1000 IU to 1500 IU per week. Yours is the only comment talking of sperm concentration and correlating it with the HCG dosage of 4000 IU. Many thanks for this. I trust my doctor is going in the right direction. However, there's a small doubt in my mind about increased aromatization with such large HCG dosage while on TRT. Any comments?
@@MK-wn6hl yes 5000 seems on the higher end. Specially if you run Clomid too. I personally would run max 2500-3000 Units of HCG a week plus Clomid 12.5- 25mg every other day.

Last time i cycled test 400 before covid i did a 10 week cycle started hcg during the last week of test waited a week and took nolvadex and hcg for 20 weeks or so. Until the vial was gone basically
Recently a pro was talking about he would inject cypionate once a week, but he would take HCG on day 5 and 6 as a booster.
I don’t use it. I’ve had a vasectomy so no more kids for me. I also really don’t care about the size of my testicles. Been an AAS user for 25 yrs with TRT for 12 years. I’m 45 and feel ok. I am looking for a more in depth clinic to provide me with care. Any recommendations would be great. For me it’s all about health and longevity.

Keep in mind that it's not just about fertility. You should always consider taking HCG or even Fadogia Agrestis to help maintain intra-testicular function so you can maintain upstream hormone function such as pregnenolone and progesterone.

I cannot find ANY information about taking HCG for body building / testosterone increase WITHOUT being on TRT. How much is a good amount to use. I don't want to do TRT, but I do want to increase testoterone levels. And HCG is supposed to be a good source for that. However, I can't understand how much should I dose.

What happens when u go off HCG, will it lower my LH?
I've heard an interesting argument that when coming off trt "cold turkey" first the half-life of the gear clears(let's say it's T propionate, so one week after last injection, probably the shortest half-life). Then the HPG(?) usually reacts pretty fast(a week?) and starts the release of natural gonadotropin. Third is testes reacting to HCG which is the one that takes too long to start going(a month?).
This results in a few conclusions that 1) Clomid and tamoxifen are not needed unless your gear has a long suppressive clearance period(like Nandrolone taking 20 weeks as shown in a MPMD video v=2kjx1U6PKFA 7:10), and even then 2) You only really need HCG because after clearance the period of recovery of natural gonadotropin is negligible.

If you want to mix HCG & HMG, same protocol but HMG on Monday and Friday and 250-500iu of HCG on Wednesday

Question...Im coming off TRT for over 2 years to get my wife pregnant. I got my sperm tested and before I started TRT and I had over 300 Million sperm, now I have none. I have been doing HCG now Gonadorelin 250 iu once a week. I got 2 vials of HCG and Clomid set aside to start this "come off" how would any of you start this PCT regiment to get fertile again?
The most important thing you need to realize is that the sperms you produce today, will be used 72-90 days from now. That means it will take you at least 3 months to recover from your azoospermia. If you want to do it the proper way, you need to be monitored by a doctor and get blood tests done on a regular basis, but if that's too expensive for you the best plan is probably to come off the testosterone and use modest doses of Clomiphene and hCG. Using too high doses can even reduce fertility. The protocol I'm using to recover my ferility is 25mg Clomiphene/day and 500iu hCG twice a week. I'm only guessing that it's caused by androgens. I'm going to an urologist soon to hopefully rule out varicocele.
Also, don't underestimate lifestyle and vitamins. Needless to say it's also extremely important to abstain from bad habits like alcohol and smoking, as well as some less obvious things like hot baths!
Listen to your doc, but thats a pretty low dose of hCG. Though they may be keeping it low because hCG is also suppressive. It's tough trying to PCT and become fertile at the same time...

Neither one of them are estrogen inhibitors. Proviron improves your free test and your libido, nothing more than that. Tamoxifen it blocks the action of estrogen on your tits to avoid gynecomastia.

Check your thyroid and estrogen levels. If you’re with a clinic worth their salt they should be checking that anyway

I use 40mg enanthate twice per week and 300iu 2-3X per week of HCG and my total T is right at 1500 and my free T is 280. Estrogen is 51 which is a little high and I don't take an AI. However, at 57 years of age I do notice a significant slowing of urine stream after taking the HCG. If I skip the HCG for a week it seems to improve. I'm assuming the HCG is converting more to estrogen or it could be a DHT issue as well. My hemoglobin averages 17 and hematocrit around 50-51%. A little nervous about the hematocrit but all the docs I have talked to said not to worry about it since the brain hematocrit is lower due to the Fåhræus-Lindqvist effect. Only time one should be concerned is if you are prone to clots or have clots in your lower extremities. Any comments appreciated?

@@mohammadmiran8484 To maintain intra-testicular function so that upstream hormones are not suppressed. There are always consequences when you use something like exogenous testosterone when it comes to altering other hormones. If you want to try and mimic what the body naturally produces then you must also try your best to maintain the entire hormonal cascade as well. Optimizing just testosterone is just a part of it because if you allow other hormones to get out of balance, then you are asking for trouble especially as you get older. I didn't mention this before, but I've been a clinical exercise physiologist for 27 years and I have helped countless men over the years regarding TRT and the reason I ask for opinions from others is because I am always learning something new when it comes to this topic. Come to find out my DHT levels were 3X higher than normal and the HCG was contributing to that. So, I stopped the HCG and now using tribulus, fadogia agrestis, and tongkat ali along with some peptides like BPC-157, PT-141, and NAD+/AOD 9604. I stopped the TRT shortly after my initial post and so far I am doing very well. I just don't like the fact of shutting down natural production as my baseline total T has always averaged in the 740-800 range, but my free T was always a bit low at 9.8-11 and I'd like to see that in the 15-20 range. The problem was my lack of sleep due to histamine intolerance and intermittent fasting which was driving up my SHBG. I failed to post a lot of this in my initial comment, but have found out a lot through blood testing since then.

Doc I take 1/4 of a 1mg pill of anastrozole is this something I can do indefinitely? It seems to keep my estrodiol between 25-35 ng dcl I think it's the measurement

im about to take a blood test myself on friday i guess, because first time in my life i had super underdosed anastrozole and it came out as 137
I wouldn’t due to the potential long term side effects. I personally use DIM, piperine, and calcium D glucarate to keep my E in check. It’s all natural and has worked great thus far. You could possibly crash your E on too frequently a dose of anastrozole and be hating it.
The current trend in TRT is to increase injection frequency and get rid of needing to take an AI altogether. I went from injecting 80mg once a week with 0.5mg arimidex/wk to 12mg every day and so far so good.

I stopped all my TRT treatment due to severe acne. I tried all the OC acne treatments and washed very often, yet I was getting cystic acne. I asked my clinic and they told me that the only option was to stop TRT. I stopped it cold Turkey, it has been rough!!
Amigo, try injecting more often per week, like 2-3 times, same dosage. I have suffered from same from the teen years. I do cycles all year long, I find different test affects my acme , try a different ester, maybe a Dht reducer. Good luck.

37 yrs old. On trt for 2yrs. About to be married and we want a child together. Urologist gave me a semen analysis, came back 0 sperm 😢. Urology Dr doesn't think I can ever get my fertility back. My research says to quit trt which I have, run hcg for a few months and after a month off test to start clomid. While my urologist doesn't think it'll work he left it up to me and prescribed those 2 meds and kept the trt prescribed in case I want to stop. I'm committed to not using the test for 3 months and will do another semen analysis, I won't take trt for the next year in hopes we can have another child 🤞 I'll be back on trt some day and hopefully with another child. 5:05

Hey Todd, I was told that I qualified for TrT by my doctor. I didn't want to risk the side effects so I decided to use hCG, Clomid and Arimidex. I take 500 units of hCG twice a week, take 12.5mg of Clomid daily and .5mg of Arimidex twice weekly.
The results have been incredible. I am able to increase muscle mass much faster and recover quicker too. I have been losing weight and have increased vascularity. It really became noticeable after about 6 weeks.

So I’m retired law enforcement. Have lower back and neck problems that range in severe according to MRIs. Started pain management 5years ago.
Had neck surgery a year ago and doctor said I had soft bones. Said caused by a hormonal issue. Had tests done and found testosterone had tanked. Told this was caused initially by the pain meds I had been on (things they don’t tell you).
Started testosterone and felt great at first and have total testosterone in normal range but free testosterone tanked to nothing.
Thinking of adding HGC to possibly raise free testosterone? Second reason is to start back up my balls and sex drive?

Currently trying to come off. 35 years old. Blast/cruise for 5 years. Going to do hcg 500ui eod for two weeks. Then wait three days after last hcg injection to do clomid/nolva. Week 1: 25mg clomid/ 20mg nolva. Week 2: 25mg clomid/ 20mg nolva. Week 3 & 4: 12.5mg / 20mg nolva. Going to do a total now of 3 months of Nolva at 20mg. Then I’ll be depressed for two years I imagine. Tried two months ago and relapsed. Clomid is a mother fxxker. Hope my balls hang low again!

I still not get it, lets spouse that you can get HCG , and you can even use clomid first to see if your testicles ( by increasing LH ) are working fine . Will not be more logical to keep the balls working instead of shutting that with exogenus Testosterone ? Clomid will not work as monotherapy and will make a mess as any other anti estrogen , cause men need estrogens I felt like shit on it ( even when my free T and total T was great using it ) .
