I've been on TRT cream for 3 years (150mg/ml). Felt awesome, but when i introduced hCG twice a week (Pregnyl/0.6ml), I felt even better. I find it to be a great stack if you want to call it that.

I was on TRT cream for two years, and hCG brought the boys downstairs alive again, lol. I decided to stay on a maintenance dose of hCG, and i feel amazing. Just a question of curiosity about if hCG can be used indefinitely with TRT cream. Thank you!
Taking Prop EOD.. would you recommend EOD HCG on same or opposite day of prop or would every 3rd day be sufficient.. around 700 per week no matter what frequency I choose.

You can place the left over capped sharps in an empty plastic bottle if you don’t have a sharps bin. You keep the medication in the white labelled box with pharmacy details and try to store in the fridge after reconstitution.
Can a high dose of hcg weekly increase testosterone levels when LH is low? This I what my doc recommended as I’m a bit on the young side to commit to trt but I too try this till I have kids

Can HCG contribute to a better recuperation after being on trt for a few years. Currently running a pct and would like to know if by including it with GH it can help me to get a better result on recovering my natural test levels.
If your already producing LH and FSh then hcg will have most likely suppress the LH and fsh. It’s probably not ideal to add this in at that point as further suppression of your HPTA axis is the opposite of your goal of reviving your natural levels.

We know some doctors in the USA will try to give a bit of excercise to the testes every few months. It really depends what the goal is. Many of our patients prefer to maximise fertility and potentially testicle fullness when used alongside HCG so they tend to use smaller doses
Great video thanks. I currently take150ml p/w of TRT (purely maintenenace, not to build muscle etc). My GP has mentioned HGC to me due to my concerns about losing my natural test production and atrophy. What would be a reasonable starting dose for discussion with my GP, for me to consider if this is an additional treatment layer i need. Thanks

Any dosage recommendation to get things jump started and then what is a good maintenance dose long term? Just started HCG this week at 500IU- EOD. Thoughts? 190lb and fit.
Hcg will be inefficient at raising T levels when TRT will be more direct. Using both can help preserve some fertility and possibly minimise atrophy. Perhaps you are deficient in Testosterone as the threshold for treatment can be quite subjective. If you already have gyno HCG can exacerbate this as would any increase in testosterone could convert to excess E2 which may exacerbate the gyno. Surgery is the best answer for gyno as once it’s gone it rarely comes back.
To measure 250iu on an insulin pin, you would draw up 0.05ml of the reconstituted solution. Just remember to double-check your calculations to ensure accuracy.

What are your thoughts on doing HCG and test in the same syringe? I have been doing it that way for about 6 months now. I draw my test dose in to the syringe and then my HCG dose on top of it. It works for me because I am not great with needles so means less injections. Do you see any draw backs to doing it this way?
Nelson Vergel had demonstrated this in the past. If it helps keep you more comliant the great the risk is you should inject oil base as a shallow IM or IM and a water base subcut but you can also inject HCG IM. So if you're injecting both IM or shallow IM meaning into an area like the shoulder or quad or possibly the ventral glute then in theory you shouldn't see much issue. Perhaps irriation at injection site or a lump could be a one of the drawbacks.
