During quarantine i took a pilates class as my elective and i was introduced to this world of peacefulness! As a high schooler everything is crazy! And pilates has definitely helped me a lot. I also have neck and lower back pain and my posture is the not best but i can confirm that after i did pilates along your video my neck pain stopped! I think I'll do pilates a lot more often :) thank you!

I'm trying to do one of the Balanced Life Pilates classes every day. The instructions are so comfortable to listen to and follow and I always feel so much better afterwards - either energised and ready for my working day, if I do a class in the morning, or lovely and relaxed, if I do a class in the evening. Perfect!
I follow my daughter that is part of the sisterhood and we both folow the classes in the calendars and feeling better afer every class. Thank you Robin for instraction so encouraging to continue.

My sleeping schedule is so messed up that I can't fall asleep, but after doing this pilates workout I legit fell asleep after 10 seconds (in bed) after I finished the workout, thank you so much
