Hi from 2024❤ doing this workout before going to bed and I can feel my abs growing haha 📈
This was amazing! Ty girly. Been doing this routine every night before bed for the past 3 days! Working well so far! Ty so much
EDIT: been keeping track of the days I do this
Sunday 1: ✅ (It was extremely hard for me and it felt like it lasted forever)
Monday 2: ✅ (still hard, but it was shorter than I remembered)
Tuesday 3: ✅ (less hard, my core definitely improved)
Wednesday 4: ❌(had a sort of depressive episode, and ended up not doing it)
Thursday 5: ✅ (I didn’t feel motivated but convinced myself to do it anyway)
Friday 6: ❌ (Didn’t want to stop the progress I was making but was going through another episode)
Saturday 7: ✅ (I stayed up late but did it anyway because I felt guilty)
Sunday 8: ✅ (yep! It was short but nice for my strength)
So how is it going?

Wow, how relaxing! I’ve been struggling with insomnia for 3-4 years now, but I feel so relaxed and ready for sleep after doing this exercise. Even with it being slower paced than the workouts I’m used to, I can still feel the burn. This is an amazing exercise, thank you for sharing! 💕
