  • Need to fix that muscular imbalance. If the left side comes up first (my left) does that mean my right side is stronger because it's bearing more of the load and letting the left finish faster or does it mean the left side is stronger? Might switch to dumbbell press next week. Follow me on Instagram @wolfensteinpower

Nice stuff man, it was certainly a great feeling mastering just about 300 for a triple for me. Do you mind if I ask how old you are?

Silver Warrior I'm 28 and my best so far was 315 x 2 but now I got a neck injury and a nerve is being pinched and causing pain in random places on my right side, mostly when I'm trying to sleep, and it's caused a huge loss in strength and 275 moves slow again it's like I lost a year of progress but when I can afford a chiropractor I'm hoping it can fix the issue and the strength will return but I'm also setback currently by the fact I just started PCT but I'm curious to see how much strength I can get back naturally and wait a while before my next cycle. Sorry for going off on a tangent it's just this situation has me so frustrated I did bad ass max effort workouts the last 8 months and now I'm going in there defeated and doing lackluster workouts so I don't post anything but you can see a lot more of my lifts on instagram if you want @wolfensteinpower ✌

pbhenry3 you still haven't figured out how to fix it? For me sometimes it happens and sometimes it doesn't or it will happen worst on the last rep.

lifelong issue for me i bet. probably due to structural imbalance rather than muscle imbalance. ie asymmetrical structurally.
