      You claim to be a Biblical Nutritionists right? So what is your take on this - Why are there two accounts in the bible of what humans ( or at least the Hebrews God gave the instructions to) should eat, one with meat and one without meat?

    FDA is a joke and needs to be held accountable for all these poisons foods. Grocery stores should be small because it's all fresh. Real food doesn't last for years, just for a few days or weeks, some months depending on how it's saved.

      FDA need to be split into two separate independent departments.
      Food and Health Administration (FHA) responsible for covering food producers, responsible for herd health and herd immunity.
      Sick and Drug Administration (SDA) caring for sick and providing medicine for sick people.
      FHA performance will be excellent if obesity is down, lifestyle medicine sales are down, etc.
      FDA as one unit which only promotes the interests of food industry -how to sell food st huge margin by keeping population addicted to eating-
      and medical industry - how to maximize sales of Allopathic industry products -
      Feed the herd unhealthy food, keep the herd obese, keep the herd buying and addicted to modern medicine is what FDA is doing currently -a mutual arrangement between Food and Drug industrial power houses and government!

      It's true that in big cities they drink too many sodas, but in regular household, they make "aguas frescas" made with fruits and water (some also with milk, cinnamon).

    Large Pharma + Large Farma + Large Medical are all in cahoots to make large money at our expense & health. Eating real food + cutting sugar & grains brought my husband’s blood sugar & pressure down to normal levels. He also lost 10 lbs, he has never been obese though. I have lost 25 lbs & never had any health problems. My sore joints went away though.

      A long, long time ago the Rockefellers got a representative on the boards of medical schools in exchange for large contributions. They wanted to influence what medical students were taught. So today we have a pill for everything and then pills to counteract the bad side effects of the first pill. Big Pharma is getting rich off of people getting sick and sicker, not getting well. I think this is especially true with older people. Once their medical bills are paid by Medicare and a supplement, the medical establishment feels free to do as many procedures as they can get a person to agree to doing. Illness is big money.

    I watched this video this morning and the Lord gave me the idea to turn it into a science lesson for my kids for homeschool! We all sat at the table and watched it, and we each did a notecard with the name of the ingredient/other names it would be called on the front of the notecard. On the back, we wrote what ailments the ingredient causes. We've been changing our diets, and this is very helpful! Thank you so much! Now we can keep these notecards in the kitchen and check all ingredients. 💚

    I purchased boxes of “organic” chicken broth the day you put this video out. While I was putting it in the basket, I told my husband, I don’t trust anything prepackaged. That night your video came up and I watched it. You said “send it back to the store and get your money back.” Sure enough! I went check the label and what ingredient did I find? Yeast extract!! I’m trying to avoid MSG! Wow! I brought it all back the next day! I thank you so very much for this information!! God bless you and I really appreciate your insight and willingness to share!

      I wound up having to buy bland bone broth for broth because it's always got something ba in it. Check your canned soups too. The vast majority have some nono or other in them.

      Susan Pendell I’ve been reading books on making broths and how nutritious they are. You can take the whole chicken leaving the skin on and boil it with onion, garlic, celery, carrots, apple cider vinegar and salt for an hour. Drain that for broth and pick the chicken for other recipes. Than start all over again with the bones to make bone broth. I’ve never done chicken yet, but has done the beef bones and I let it simmer for 2-3 days and it’s really good.

    Years ago, I was diagnosed with very high blood pressure. I told my doctor that I would rather take little or no medication and control it through diet. He prescribed a very mild med and put me on a low salt diet. That meant that I had to eat the vast majority of my meals at home and make them from scratch. No processed foods, no frozen dinners, no canned soups. I've lost a good amount of weight and I feel great.
    You are right about the addictive chemicals. I was telling someone just yesterday that the longer I stay away from fast and premade food, the less I want it and I certainly don't crave it. I would much rather have a piece of roasted chicken and a good old clean out the refrigerator salad.

    It's artificial that we are so addicted to sweetness. As a Type 1 Diabetic, I've trained myself to get used to food not being sweet and I don't miss sugar at all.

      @@terralynn9062 it's very simple. Just keep reducing the amount of sugar you add to your food, eg. Coffee, cereals. Ur taste buds will get conditioned to the lesser amount and taste. Switch to berries, honey etc. Dont cut it out drastically as it will cause a relapse. Slow conditioning works best. U won't even notice.

      I don't care about sweets. I would drink non sweet tea all the time and water and people would look at me like I was crazy but I just didn't like it. They hide sugar in everything though and the intentionally change it's name to deceive the consumer. We live in a wicked land.

    I've been seeing a lot about additives and decided to look more into it. I've always tried to eat healthy. I'm a grandmother now and I'm trying to encourage my children about not letting my grandchildren eat this stuff anymore. I look back and even though I mostly cooked at home, there were many times we opted for pizza or other take away food. Even the sweet stuff in cereal. I am only understanding now that what I thought was healthy actually wasn't. For example cheereos and other cereals were promoted as healthy. We have been lied to. Lately people are waking up to this. God wants us to take care of the body he gave us. I am 53 now and life does become so much more uncertain as we start to loose loved ones we realise our own frailty and think, "where has life gone?" How many years do I have left on this earth and? For however long it is, I think we have to not only take care of our health but help and ecourage others to do it too. People don't realised they've been lab rats for an evil agenda. That's the scarey part. Crazy humans running the world actually want us gone asap so they can all be one evil cult together. I think God will judge them harshly for what they've done to humanity.       Even the most boring and bland cereal is just processing all the vitamins out, and then they add fake vitamins back in. But guess who makes almost all the fake vitamins? China. So not only do the fake vitamins not help you and possibly hurt you, they come from a HIGHLY suspect source. And in the end you are still eating carbs with milk which has lactose, and both of which effectively turns into sugar in the body.

    Oh my goodness. No one else knows about fractionated oils. I am soooo pleased you included fractionated oils. Fractionated oils break down the lecithin into lysolecithin which makes brain lesions. You mention inflammation but this is the kind of inflammation that leads to brain swelling and then brain lesions. You can search lysolecithin in the Journal of Neuroscience; it’s used to make lesions in experimental mice. Many ladies use fractionated oils as a carrier oil for their essential oils. God’s in control and he loves us and cares for us. Secondly, soy lecithin becomes lysolecithin as it breaks down. Excellent including it in this video! Praise Jesus for your Great video!

    I'm in Australia, my husbands brother gave him lucky charms as a goof (they're not sold here) and omgosh, I don't know how anyone can view that as actual breakfast cereal, it was like eating dehydrated marshmallows and cookie crumbs for breakfast lol

    Thank you for a very informative video. Reading labels, aah. My last grocery shopping took 3 hours for $34.00 worth of food (from reading labels and buying markdowns). The food in my cupboard... I can't justify taking it back to the store and telling them I'm allergic to it when I'm not. I do have many sensitivities and a few allergies, which I guess is why I have been eating healthier than years back. I appreciate your enthusiasm and wanting to help people take care of themselves and each other. God bless.

      Tell the truth if they ask for a reason. Say these products contains this and that and this is a poison for my body. That’s it.

      You might not display allergies, but most of these chemicals are turning into auto-immune diseases. I've taken grocery items back and told them I didn't realize they had this poison in them...the customer service person usually stands at attention. One more informed person

    She is so right! We were advised to keep trying to eat junk or foods that are not digestible at least once a week. Always, I regret it. It helps to know how bad they can make you feel or how they affect your digestive system. It is easy to decide whether or not to eat them. I prefer feeling great! I am beginning to forget how many years it has been since my husband and I lost our weight because of eating sensibly. I don't miss those foods even though I will 'treat' myself, occassionally. We don't binge eat. We do not feel the need to binge. He is 80 and I am 73 now. We only order them or get one serving when we are eating out, we never bring them to the house.

    We over season. And process almost everything we eat. In East Africa, Germany and France I learned how some foods actually taste because of how simply they cook their food. Fresh herbs were a must in the areas I ate. Any dressing/dips/sauces were made with fresh and or home grown ingrediants, some even made their own butter with fresh milk. I was amazed.

      Yes, I for one thanks to the covid crime are now finding better raw food sources. I not longer eat boxed food, I prefer simple cooking with basic ingredients. I also don't buy many supermarket veg as many are forced grown. Tesco's garlic cloves are grown in China, they are not selling. Their tomatoes are grown in Spain or Holland, the ones grown at home have 10x the flavour :)

    ThankQ‼️ Just threw out a bag of Kraft marshmallows & a container full of Rice Krispies. I recently learned about how gelatine is made, but took a closer l👀k at all the toxic ingredients and knew what I had to do. Straight in the garbage can they all went!!       And as Bill Gates buys up farming land across the U.S. and makes a push to eliminate meat from our diet he will own and control a lot of plant based food. We are seeing more of it on the shelves. All GMO. His father was a depopulationist and so is he. Not trying to fearmonger, we need to be informed and alert to what is happening so we can make wise choices for our future.

    Thank you for this much needed video. So glad to have come across it by chance.
    I am reminded of a phrase from the bible... my people perish for lack of knowledge. This has been really true for people in my family who perished too early in life for lack of knowledge about health. They suffered terribly and went to an early grave. I have spent a lot of time educating myself on how to stay healthy naturally, but often find myself having the knowledge of how to help others, or myself, but not having the money to afford things needed to keep them or myself healthy. So perhaps another phrase is worth adding...even people with all the right knowledge can perish without the money to get the things they need to make themselves well again.

      Not necessarily..I eat potatoes or rice with a salad or vegetable everyday..I eat Oatmeal for breakfast BOTH meals in 1 day is less than $3 a day..I'm always full and satisfied.

    I had a doctor that delivered me and then also delivered my 2 children. We had a discussion about foods and he said...
    "If it doesn't grow out of the ground, don't eat it."
    He was a wonderful doctor.
    That's one of the best things anyone has ever told me.

    Dear Annette I love your videos. I appreciate the gift God has given you in helping us figure put what to eat in the world we live in. Thank you so much for your faithfulness. I was wondering if you have any suggestions for how to feed our little fur babies biblically? I have two dogs one that was diagnosed with diabetes last year and the other one with Dilated Cardiomyopathy. I have been preparing their food for over a year and half now and sometimes wonder after watching your videos is there anything else I can do? Sorry for such a long comment and question. Any help would be greatly appreciated 🙏 🙂 😊 Thank you again ❤

    Good vid....Yup, stay away from any seed oils, and when choosing a sweetener substitute, I use Stevia, but it MUST be a pure leaf variety, a lot of the stevia sweeteners are hit with mixing in sugars, they are not pure. Check the label on the package.

    I appreciate the fact that you are biblically geared in nutrition and teaching the body of Christ how to live and eat wisely but you advise someone to go to a store and tell someone they’re returning some thing because they’re allergic to it even if they’re not that’s a lie why would you be encouraging someone to lie just tell them to throw it in the trash it’s just that simple return it if you’re allergic only not saying you’re allergic when you’re really not please don’t encourage people to sin

      Has and is happening. It's not made public tho. Flight traffic in and out of Gitmo is heavier than many city airports at the moment. The passengers are not going there to hv tea and scones in the garden. Clones, body doubles, CGI's and actors do exist

    Thank you for this video! I used to avoid that brand of granola bars like the plague and then I purchased 1 out of the vending machine at work, I have an absurd love for peanut butter so I went to the store and bought some, then I couldn’t stop, or I didn’t stop! I knew it says on the box Made with Engineered “food”!

    They put some of these ingredients in children's Pedialyte. What a shame. If a child is using Pedialyte, they are already feeling under the weather. I was shocked when I was reading the labels on some of my grandbaby's food and "medicines ".

      And don't EVER buy childrens water in those gallon jugs next to baby formula-FULL of fluoride-unless you want a really low IQ in you child and none functioning thyroid. Fluoride does not prevent cavities.

      I think you mean nature valley. The nature valley granola bars are great. I have never gotten sick from them. Maybe you just got a bad one, have issues with one or more ingredients, or got sick from something else. I don't see any objectionable ingredients in them.

    I grew up in the era where everything was made at home including canning tomato’s, potato’s, cucumbers, berries, beets. We even made our own bread which was time consuming. We never ever ate out being there was no fast food here, if we did go out to eat? It was a sit down restaurant and that was very rare. We ate at home and if you didn’t like what was on the table? To bad! You went hungry.

    Thanks for sharing your wisdom! Challenging to understand what you should or should not eat and how to teach your children to have a better eating habit if you’re operating off a program of how you ate when you were growing up. I’ve had hormonal issues that have led to thyroid imbalance (graves) and fibroids and i have always believed it’s linked to something i’m eating.

    Well , I got to eat. My father eats a box of Honey Nut Cheerios every week. He is now 77. Some foods are not good. Food coloring, high fructose Corn syrup, I avoid. I choose my own battles in food shopping.

    I stay in Indonesia, always fresh products from the farmer market or even from the own back yard. I in general I avoid those industrialized food products. Making my own jam or bread, even a Mango wine is pretty easy and I know what I give my children to eat (except the wine)

    I have begun to notice this now I am pregnant I wanted pickles and could not find any without that potassium 80 never even heard of it before. Started noticing all the BHT in the cereal and all the fake dies in medicine doctors prescribed as okay for pregnancy it's a disgrace

    I am on the keto diet, so I also try to avoid all types of carbs (added sugar and natural sugar) and all types of processed foods.
    If a large supermarket holds around 100.000 different foods/objects, then only around 100 of them are for me

    Oh no! I thought I was eating a healthy wrap..... and one of the ingredientes in the tortilla is hydrogenated soybean oil plus other ingredients that are not on your list, but I can’t pronounce either.....and caramel color. My lunch has been ruined. 😅😅

    Homemade French fries in Avocado oil....yep, just can't eat just one.
    Just like those slow smoked low temp briskets, just can't eat one slice.
    We were told in chemistry class back in 1975 that if you whipped margarine enough and induced low temp bonding that it would turn into plastic.....the professor then basically stated that it was unhealthy....living in farming/ranch communities (Hemet/Norco/cow town), we quit buying it.....next artificial anything, especially colors...

    I have epilepsy and my Doctor asked me what do I think brings on a seizure I told her Food and the poison that they put in it my Doctor tolled me you are so right . When I got married I was a clean eater with my wife cook her cooking I changed after gaining 150 pound last year I went back to healthy eating and clean eating I lost over a 100 pound in 12 months and still going strong.     What about salt and some oils such as canola which is considered widely dangerous to the heart? I've heard of a plant based salt somewhere online made from asparagus which is less sharp and bitter. Anybody heard of that one before? Please let me know if anybody has. Love!

      Real salt is not a problem. But beware that they add sand to table salt to make it flow freely. They try to blame salt (and good fats) for the damage that the bulk carbohydrate (high volume blood sugar) diet does. All the factory created so called "cooking and vegetable oils" (they are chemically created from nuts and seeds - which contain no natural pressable oil) are near 100% omega 6 so highly inflammatory, and also highly unstable - they breakdown easily. She did cover canola in the video.
      Too much salt is never a problem - you will just excrete any surplus. However too little salt IS a major problem that causing health issues including constipation. Hope this helps.

      Try Celtic sea salt or Himalayan pink salk. They have all the trace minerals in them. Beware of counterfeit olive oils. California Olive Ranch is safe. Nature doesn't make bad fats...factories do.

      @@xulyns.4572 :) "What do I eat" is the first problem we face when trying to switch to a healthy Keto style diet. The western food supply chain is a literal mine field if trying to find healthy and non-damaging foods to consume.
      Eat nothing marked "low fat" or "low salt". The (natural) fat is GOOD for you and salt (to taste) is GOOD for you. Try to eat only healthy whole foods. If it has an ingredient list, it's not optimal. Eat as much eggs, meat, organ meat (chicken skin, liver, etc) and meat fat as you can manage. Eat only the healthy dairy: kefir, natural yogurt, mature cheeses, butter and cream. Milk in moderation if at all and only full cream milk. Nuts: eat in moderation; macadamia, brazil and walnut. Fruit: (preferably locally grown and only when in season) whole fruit only in moderation. For health recoveries from the SAD diet eat only blackberry, blueberries and raspberry fruits. Also especially eat as much green vegetables as you can manage. Probiotic foods such as sauerkraut, kimchi, kefir, kombucha and fermented vegetables are highly beneficial for the gut and your digestion.
      Avoiding some is also critically important, especially if trying to recover from the SAD diet's organ damage. Avoid all starchy foods such as potatoes and rice. Avoid all grains and grain products. No flour, bread, cakes, pastries, breakfast cereals etc. Breakfast cereal is same/worse than candy. No sugar whatsoever. No chemical factory created and processed "cooking" oils such as canola oil and "vegetable oil" (zero vegetable content). No margarine (is created with additional!? processing of the bad damaging oils). These factory oils - so called foods, are close to 100% omega 6 fats - very unstable and inflammatory.
      !!Avoid all medications where ever possible. They invariably treat only symptoms - sledge hammer style, while ignoring the root causes of the health issue and causing additional damage to the body in the process. Their root ideology is PROFIT based and certainly NOT your good health.
      Remember that; breakfast is the LEAST important meal of the day. Eat ONLY if you're hungry. They feed bulk grains (carbohydrates) to cattle, to fatten them up for market. Don't be like cattle at the trough. Most everything that they teach and preach about human nutrition is false or misleading. You will need to study up on the true science of nutrition and take control of your own health and diet, in order to attain full health and freedom from disease. Hope this helps.

    With your presentation of food that is toxic to the body..then you shld recommend homegrown foods. You did not emphasize also that if you take this fud in moderate amount, and combine it with other natueal fuds..these will not get you cancer. Remember that stress is one factor for you to get cancer. With the fast pace life nowadays we tend to get the fastest available food. My recommendation is combining these fuds with vegetables grown in your yard...exercise...drink a lot of water and have enough sleep, these will keep you healthy even if you eat artuficial or processed fud.

    On making dressings from scratch, their recipes are usually very simple, just several ingredients just whipped together or shaken to mix in a jar. Another benefit to making a scratch dressing, is opportunity to easily experiment (be creative) with other simple seasonings, etc..

    Good info and important for everyone to know. Thank you. However, I don't think suggesting people lie to take their groceries back to the store in order to get their money back is Biblical. Might want to watch those phrases you slip in. When an unsaved person watches this and hears you saying, "take it back to the store and tell them you're allergic to it", it can be a stumbling block. Thank you.

      Have you been sold a bill of goods? Most of these foods were deceitfully approved by the FDA. Just say your nutritional therapist said these are not on her list for you.

      It wouldn't be difficult to tell the grocery store the truth. "I was just made aware how harmful some of these ingredients are to my health. I need to return them. "

    ive had what i think is leaky gut an autoimmune reaction to food etc. it started in 2012 when i took aireborne and by the end of the nite i coukdnt shut my car door w my left arm. afew yrs later i took airborne again and the sane thing happened. i read the label, sucrolose. googled it and saw that it wasnt good. ive avoided it but not all these other things you’ve mentioned. I’m so grateful to have found this video today. Because lately almost everything I eat is causing me to have inflammatory responses. Sometimes I can hardly move. Until I go to the bathroom or I take these supplements or I take a steroid just to stop the pain. Then I’m fine until I eat again. I know I eat junk I eat a lot of sugar but I hope your website will help me.

      No, you. You eat fresh salsas, frozen corn/canned bean salsas, you get you a bread machine (2lb for families, 1lb for single or couples, do not refrigerate bread - freeze it to store it long term already sliced, store it room temperature in a bread box, cake container, that kind of thing “sliced end down”), you get a Breville Paradice 9 or other electric veggie DICER/CUBER of some kind (250 to 500, last you years, save you a lot more than that), you cook chicken breast and beef. Limit pork or not at all. You cook several breasts at once and eat them for five days. Panini press/griddler, salads with chicken, chicken salad, reheated in rice + broccoli + cheese, quick broccoli + rice + sauces. Avoid seed oils. Avocado & Extra Virgin Olive oil are all you need. Enjoy butter - animal fats = skinny people. You get you a hand blender = make your own coffee creamers of any popular flavor with extracts. That is just condensed milk can 14oz + 10 to 12oz of 1% or whole milk - depends how SWEET you want it vs how CREAMY you want it. Use heavy whipping for super creamy, we use 1% for creamer & 12oz milk. 1:1 14oz milk is too creamy/not sweet enough for wife (I drink cold brew, black, no sugar - sweet on its own). Stop hot brewing coffee - cold brew it! Two pitchers + 1 rumble jar + one ball jar, 64oz. Keep them going every two days, along with the bread making + sauce/mayo etc making. WHEN YOU PREP THESE THINGS, IT IS ALL DONE IN A FEW HOURS, 2 to 3 times a week. Some loafs of bread, I am just watching youtube. Other loafs, I am making balsamic vinaigrette or ranch, mayo, BBQ sauce from organic or simply ketchup - you name it. Prepping your meals is worth it, CHEAPER, HEALTHIER, FUNNER - try many recipes, whenever you want. Just stop buying brand name crap & you are already halfway there. You would not believe the difference. In only weeks you will feel better, get more done & wonder how the F am I doing this when I am spending 6 to 10 hours a week making food?! It is unreal. We now only need one income. It is unreal what “not buying marketed poison” can do for you.

Every day when I say the blessing over our dinner, I ask God to bless our food so that it may endow us with good health, mental and physical strength, productivity, and success in all that we endeavor to do.     After having cancer, I checked out every ingredient in my food. Threw away a lot of food. I only eat organic which is hard to find where I live so I have to make a lot of my food. I will never understand why this poison is allowed in our food!

    Love your video. Watched it through to the end. I agree 1 billion percent with you! I bake cuz I love it and know how too. I cook for the same reason. Above all our temple needs to remain healthy. We were trusted with it. Clean food is the best. Thank you!

    Great job! I love information like this. everytime i go to the store. I'm always reading the ingredients to see what is in it. When I come across a word ingredient I dont know. I pull out out my phone and google what it is. It drives my husband nuts. LOL.
