    I don't think anyone would be against hitting some offseason bodybuilding to get YACKED! I think it's a great idea, especially for variation.

    Chinese Weightlifters are jacked!!! Weighted dips Pull-ups and those plate lateral raises! I think their method is best at looking like you even lift

      Their method is just to overload the shit out of the muscles. Whereas bodybuilders would do pumpwork at 75% 1RM they mainly go to the maximum % of 1RM they can handle with perfect form and squeeze every rep out they can get. They are pushed to the max because they build great technique first for years and years(from childhood) and once they master the technique they train so intense, every muscle will be firing during the particular movement they do because the muscles know how to be used correctly.

    You should add quad extensions and seated hamstring curls
    IMO their are the best not only for leg development but also for knee health something that deteriorated faster than normal for weightlifters

    As far as I understand and as far as I've seen there isn't any difference in terms of training women and men in Russian School... I always found that to be weird how could that be? doesn't make any sense

      Steroids. Women has same test level as men
