Doctor Who is a British science fiction television series broadcast by the BBC since 1963. The series, created by Sydney Newman, C. E. Webber and Donald Wilson, depicts the adventures of an extraterrestrial being called the Doctor, part of a humanoid species called Time Lords. The Doctor travels in the universe and in time using a time travelling spaceship called the TARDIS, which externally appears as a British police box. While travelling, the Doctor works to save lives and liberate oppressed peoples by combating foes. The Doctor often travels with companions.

I have the opposite of that, if i consiously try to think i can't think so if im thinking about not thinking im not thinking lol
I advise just forcefully playing a ringing noise in your mind. It somehow actually works, for me at least. All thoughts get replaced with senseless mess
Yeah nobody can actually stop their thoughts fully and if you can something is seriously wrong.
And WHO noticed that the Doctor Who comic-strip character "Absolom Daak - Dalek Killer" is one of the pics on the screen??

I feel like when someone tells me to clear my mind, I would immediately have racing thoughts 😂
Is it hard to think about nothing? I do this all the time out of nowhere.
If thats the case you may be the polarizing opposite end of the spectrum where youve disconnected with yourself so deeply that you arent able to recognize your thoughts. Many lack self awareness to this level and behave without much thought at all
@@breathoffreshair7795 i wouldn't call it that as I'm still aware of what's being said and the goings on around me, I just have no thought past that. I work a very labor intensive job so I would be scared if I didn't have much self awareness whether in the kitchen or on the job sites for construction as that is extremely dangerous.
@@KillerPsycho101andGames spacial awareness is in the realm of physical awareness not mental, the education regarding mental awareness is lacking just in general, i dont mean it as an insult to say most people dont have it (i also dont think its their fault)
@@breathoffreshair7795 wasn't insulted just didn't understand what you meant. I guess that makes sense. I like it though as once in a while being able to just shut everything down can be quite peaceful and calming
