thank you, i trully wish YT creators would allways make a list such as this, bc not everyone has the time to listen to a video, espec. since some of them are very long or straining to listen to, some people prefer all the points at once and then think for themselves.-this is not to be taken personally, i am just stating my Feelings.

@@SavedByJesusHeimatLiebe Wouldn't be much point in videos if you could just make a list and read it, also how would that make you any wiser without any context.

@@Dezzyyx because i can think for myself. i am not saying they should not make videos, but let people choose if they just want the list with points or listen to a 20 or more minute long talk

@@SavedByJesusHeimatLiebe I can think for myself too, very well, which is why I get a lot out of videos like these. I watch the videos, then all that substance I can draw on thinking for myself. A few pointers is not gonna do the same trick. It's like reading a few pages vs a whole book. If you just want the least amount of substance ok, but if you're interested in getting the most of something it's always gonna take more time and effort, that's just how it works. Next you'll want books with 3 pages and you can "think" the rest of the pages up. That's fine, but what is even the point of the book at that point? You can do it on your own. It's just a very weird thing bro, and I say that as someone who loves timestamps, condensed info, and I have ADHD. This is condensed. It's just that its such a big topic that 20min is the least you need to affect some kind of change, because its about changing your life. Thats why I dont have much sympathy that you cant put in that time if you want the results. Sorry not sorry

My favorite takeaway was simply smiling and saying hi to other human beings. The micro-connections. In this time of social separation (isolation) from others, I truly think this will help me. Even with a KN95 mask on. Thank you!

There can be a cultural element to receiving compliments. In some places you downplay the compliment to telegraph that the compliment has not inflated your ego. I know often I downplay compliments for this reason. It's not that I don't feel I "deserve" the compliment or whatever.
I have been told, "why can't you accept the compliment?" and it used to confuse me. I'm trying to telegraph a humble affect. It took a while to realize that there is a cultural component to giving-receiving compliments similar to gift-giving across cultures too.
By the way, I do love engaging checkout workers and bank tellers and have a mini-exchange. Most of them do appreciate it.

Dear Julia Kristina: Everyone has a Right to say No to anyone or anything without Justification or Explanation. Truth is that Freedom means not having to do anything one does not want to do or what others want you to do. Respect and emphatic Solidarity without Virtue signaling and Hypocricy is what we should strive for imho. One Thing from this Video i trully agree with Wholeheartedly is to smile and say Hallo when someone passes you by, no matter how the Person reacts (thats their Business after all); because i transformed my entire Neigbourhood in the Course of 1-2 Years just by this to a more optimistic and friendly Community.

All I can say is WOW, WOW, WOW! People’s response to me has shifted significantly, just by the simple act of saying “thank you” to people! I am so feeling liked and appreciated more than ever! It’s apparent people also need to feel appreciated! I never knew how much I was inhibited by showing my appreciation. I thank people for even the smallest things now. What a joy this is bring to my life!!

Lived experience time. I live in the middle of nowhere, currently. Dating pool is basically empty. Got no play, ever, not IRL, not on apps. Nothing. Murdered my self esteem and confidence.
Went to a real city. Like night and day. Getting checked out over and over, hits on the apps. Absolutely life affirming. So, maybe something you need is to get somewhere new.

Everybody has something to offer and something to learn.
Strangers are friends you haven't gotten to know and friends are just family we haven't gotten to love fully.
One of the reasons why we get uncomfortable is because we were never told we could and supported and encouraged in belief.
You should know you are far more capable than anyone has ever told you or seen, but by "stretching" you can get out of that place.
Hi Madame Kristina, I hope you are well and thank you kindly for your words and actions towards helping us here in the world.

A key takeaway for me is learning to take responsibility for something instead of shaming yourself for it. I've done this a lot throughout the years. Beating myself up over a mistake or bad choice made has never achieved me anything. It comes down to what you've touched on in some other videos: is my thinking about this helpful or not? If it is helpful (i.e. learning and taking responsibility) then great. If it is unhelpful to me (i.e. beating myself up) then try to avoid that line of thinking.

I've just started watching the videos. I'm totally screwed up in life. I have intrusive thoughts of doing something wrong and forgetting things or missing out stuffs. I have worked hard throughout my life and earned my own fellowship to work as a scientist. But now that I'm into that I'm loosing my mind. I'm afraid to perform experiment that previously I could do with my eyes closed . I'm always so scared about a thought that my PI would fire me because I forgot something valuable. I can't even believe my eyes that I did things right. I tried doing ERP for myself but even after that I couldn't control or became better. I'm not improving and very tired. I don't understand how to get rid of it and get back my lost self. I'm getting tired.

iI wanna be an interpreter but don't have any experiences and careers in the field compared to my age. Also, age is an important factor in my country. I mean there 's social expectations of the stage of age what so called social age. So I don't know where to start since this pandemic there's low chances for interpretation works. I can't spend time just keep studying English and practicing it. And now I have three options I can choose. First, going back to what I've been doing. But this is my comfort zone to me and it gives me a feeling like I'm stagnant but stable salary. Second, I can move on to the next level a little bit more challenging. But not stable salary cause it will be a freelance job. Lastly, I work for a company which needs translations and interpretations. But it's hard to find. So actually now I'm between the first and second. I'm thinking while I'm doing the first or second, I will be looking for a company like third I mentioned. Always tank you for your videos.!!
