Am the only one who somewhat prefers outfits over pick and mixing clothes in games. It's fun being able to dress your guy exactly how you want but these outfit challenges in classic Gtas, RDR1 and even in MGS5 always feel really satisfying when you unlock them and the work you put into getting them is rewarded with a badass get up rather than just a number added to your completion percentage. I always like the idea of earning the right to look cool, like you'd have to prove you were a badass to look like one. Unlocking the leather jacket in MGS5 felt soo good since it was so hidden and it felt like an Easter egg finding it. RDR2 does this well enough though as the coolest clothes are done by hunting certain animals which is great but you don't really get any for doing any other challenges. If you complete a challenge you get all gear in that category but you can craft those parts with animals anyway.
That's why I liked Saints Row 2, but with the cars: every unlockable car had unique stuff that you can't buy in regular game and there were lots of them. Red Dead Redemption was kind of a disappointment because the best outfits were on DLC or Social, but not in game except for some.
Rdr2 handled this right in my opinion. You work hard for the trapper outfits but instead of the problem where you don't like the hat you can just change it out for another hat.

Jack in Legend of the West is about the most badass thing ever
Time to binge watch more videos by you, they looking fierce in this cowboy runway
Elijah Mantilla Don't want to disappoint you, but the Rdr videos were sth experimental. My older videos focused way more on the pure athmosphere of gaming.
But more like this is in the works ;)
SkyboxGuru now that’s completely okay :) just love the content your making all together so far
Jack with Deadly Assassin Outfit + Bandana goes hard
We need a remaster on PC right now, this and Revolver
I rather play GUN than Revolver.
Old but so fucking gold
This game is so good i still play it to this day
I wish I could but my Xbox broke a long time ago. I wish they would port it to pc because I have a shitty gaming computer but I'm pretty sure it could run this game atleast.
Jack definitely resembles his father. Thats definitely his son no doubt. One ugly mean and badass son of a bitch.
WALTON'S GANG, BABY. WOOOOOOO
Me: *wears deadly assasin*
Entirety of thieves landing: "so you have chosen, death?"
Imo these outfits are way better than the ones in rdr2
Than the ones you buy yes. But the ones you make of you invest a but off time in it then rdr2 outfits are better. We should have an option to name our outfits in singleplayer.
Changes hat,you’re in disguise now
Sounds fair
Love the Reyes's Rebel outfit, Duster Coat, Mexican Poncho and the Savvy Merchant.
I love the deadly assassin
Treasure hunter
Reyes's rebel
Expert hunter
And savvy mercant
Who realize that the cowboy outfit of Jack is the hat of John and the jacket of Arthur ?
7:27
Jack is just casually walking around in his dead father’s clothes...
Its weird lol
Man. Look at those outfits. Every single one of them has a different theme, covers a different aspect of the wild west. In rdr2 you have the choice between horrificly ugly trapper outfits or totally generic shop outfits which have no "story to tell" whatsoever. Even the union suit underwear outfit in UN looks better than 95% of RDR2 outfits. Rdr1 is something else.
@Real Man just cause you don't understand it, doesn't mean that it is stupid.
@Real Man "what's there to understand?"
Imagine being called stupid by that guy.
Also don't forget Epilogue John too. He looks like Arthur reskin.
@@weplo1597 lol everyone calls epilogue john "Arthur Marston" because he *is* a reskin Arthur
@@notarthurmorgan7472 He is. Thanks to the mods, he got fixed.
Dude, John Marston Jr. is JACKed!! 2:17
The Best!
[0:04 - Original Jack Outfit]
[0:34 - Gentelmen's Attire ]
[1:30 - Elegant Suit]
I wish that Poncho at 3:55 was in RDR2. It would look perfect in New Austin.
It's in the shitty online mode. (You probably know this.)
Download mods damnit and stop complaining. And if you play console just buy a PC. For 3000 euro you have a good gaming laptop so just buy it. It's not that much money. Damnit!
@@Kvs-vf9nt ok well read ur name that's how I feel it should just be in the damn game rockstar is lazy and won't give us phonchos and undead nightmare 2
@@Kvs-vf9nt you think he will buy a gamer laptop for a poncho?
I actually really like the art for jack for the outfits. And they even changed his posture
I wish it was possible to wear John’s cowboy outfit as Jack. :(
bollard twins it looks more badass than his cowboy outfit anyways
@@e14ee no way
@@DeadX2It is just his outfit with chaps. So yes it's better.
@@Kvs-vf9nt Ik lol also it’s not the cowboy is better
My top three is
#1: Deadly Assassin
#2: Legend of The West
#3: Mexican Poncho
Tip: watch it at x2 speed
The music sounds so fucking weird lol
The first soundtrack in this video is so sick!
so much time put into this video,AWESOME video
I gotta say this, Jack Marston looks good as hell when he grows up
I like the Legend Of The Apocalypse
Something about seeing Zombie Marston Shirtless creeps me the hell out
I wish that there was a cheat in rdr2 that lets you wear outfits like these that give you special abilities
I love jack wearing johns outfit
is jack wearing arthurs jacket in his original outfit?
Guest one uhhh no it isn’t
Guest one Nothing in this video is Arthur’s, they made Arthur and his outfit completely from scratch just for RDR2. They have said that multiple times.
well, i know johns hat isnt the same but the jacket may be who knows
Timur1999 No, we know the jacket isn’t either. Rockstar has stated several times that Arthur’s character, outfit, voice and everything is totally new.,
@@que398 Alright dude, calm your titts
Damn the deadly assassin outfit looks really bad ass on Jack.
I just wish this game had RDR2’s engine remastered
I wish they made it so John wore his cowboy outfit when he died. Then it would make sense why Jack gets a different one and can still use John's rancher clothes even though the rancher clothes were the ones John died in.
Walton gang outfit and bureau uniform are my favorite.
Just imagine you're walking down the street to 7-11 and this band of trumpets and drums are just following you playing these where every you go
0:32 What's is that outfit? Anyone knows how to unlock it? Coment Me If Ya Know!
suwarno phone
"To unlock the outfit one must go to the pause menu, scroll down to Social Club. Then click on the "Y" or "Triangle" button to "Sign In". If the player already has a Social Club account, he/she will be asked to sign into it. If not, a prompt to create a new one will appear. After the process is finished, then the Gentlemen's Attire will be in the outfit menu the next time the game is saved.
The outfit will also be automatically unlocked for anyone who had linked their account before Redemption was released."
Thanks. Friend that help a.lot
suwarno phone You will also be able to play high stakes poker in the Blackwater hotel wearing that outfit.
Opinion: The Legend Of The Undead outfit was a WAY better reward for doing all the challenges than the Legend Of The West outfit
5:28
RDR2s equivalent of that outfit is the Legend Of The East outfit
Tlknghds_1980 *satchel
@@Vick_Squeeze nope. Outfit
Tlknghds_1980 oh Shit they actually did remake it in rdr2 it my bad
@@Vick_Squeeze no problem
Legend of the east outfit in my opinion was shit
I haven't played this game since I was a weeeeee lad but I had absolutely no idea there were this many outfits in this game
*Me* *”I know how to get these outfits!”* *Other person* *”How?”* *Me* *”Cheats!”*
