Can you do a video on the best treatments to get rid of the redness and broken blood vessels due to rosacea? I’ve heard IPL and V-Beam lasers being recommended for this, but I’m not so sure that these provide permanent results. I’ve also been too scared to try anything because I’m worried about getting disfigured by the wrong procedure or a technician who doesn’t care or know what they’re doing. I’ve heard horror stories of people going to get a simple IPL procedure and coming out of it with melted facial fat, so they end up feeling even more self-conscious about their face afterwards. I know IPL is not supposed to have this type of side-effect (from what I’ve heard), but it’s still a horrifying thought to think that you go to a professional to treat a problem and come out of it with melted facial fat, which is a big problem because even a little melted facial fat will make someone look much older. But anyway, I can’t be sure of a person’s situation just by looking at their comment on social media, and maybe their technician might have used the wrong device. Personally, I really want to try a procedure that gets rid of those surface level blood vessels (since these are a structural change to the skin and no skincare in the world will fix them). The redness is darker when my skin is irritated, and lighter when my skin is not irritated, but it never fully goes away on its own (and it’s concentrated on certain areas of the face, so it makes my skin appear uneven). I really want to do something about it, but I don’t know what to try, and I don’t know who to trust. I’m looking for a procedure that’s permanent or at least long-lasting because I’m not able to keep going back-and-forth forever to get it done. If I could fix this problem, I would feel so much more confident about my face, but I just don’t know what steps to take. If you have any good recommendations, I’d love to see a video on this topic. Thank you.

I have some hyperpigmentation on my knuckles also on my toe knuckles and around my ankles. I tried using the oridinary’s gycolic acid for quite some time now but I feel my skin has started to appear even darker. Any suggestions?
Cyspera isn't working for me. It is so expensive. I have tried so many things it's sad. My question is, if you have facial hair, will Obagi work? Also, if you do sugar waxing, will that hinder it from working? I know a product line that targets hyperpigmentation and permanently removing facial hair. But I'm trying to weigh all options for the next product I try.
Cosmetic surgery such as Lazer procedures could be an effective and viable option although these tend to be relatively expensive, OTC ingredients to help with skin brightening include but are not limited to, Alpha Arbutin, kojic acid, tranexamic acid, retinoids, vitamin C, niacinamide, azelaic acid, licorice root extract, mequinol, resorcinol, N- a Acetylglucosamine, Bearberry Extract, Mulberry Extract, Papaya Extract, Saffron Extract, Cysteamine, Ellagic Acid, Gigawhite, Soybean Extract, Tumeric, Oligopeptides, Ginseng, Peony extract, Methoxxyphenl Decanome, Sepiwhite, Vitamin E, Green Tea Extract, Rosehip Oil and Daisy Flower Extract Ultimately OTC topicals may not be of much assistance in severe cases and dematological assistance may be required but I'd advise you to stick with using the aforementioned active ingredients in your skincare routine to help with brightening and inhibiting melanin production, the specific ingredients I'd recommend the most are Alpha Arbutin, Kojic Acid, Tranexamic Acid, Vitamin C, Retinoids, Azelaic Acid, Niacinamide and licorice root extract.
You can, but results with be minimal. It may have good ingredients in, but they will struggle to penetrate as well as traditional skincare considering that it will be immediately washed away.
It’s not, I can buy it online at 4%. here in Bulgaria. Anything higher then I get it from my dermatologist. It just depends on the country, some can still buy it 2% over the counter.
Using the analogy of cleaning up rubbish & the production of melanin is not a good idea. It inadvertently instill the idea that melanin is bad. The way the human mind works is that it tends to blanketly generalize.
Like you, I have been cursed with excellent genes together with a real, proper diet etc. I'm almost one thousand years old and wrinkle free... not one effing wrinkle!

I miss the old obagi soooo much !!!! Ugh!!!!!! The filter effect my skin had was divine!!!!! It was majestic and cured my skin when dermatologists didn't know what to do with my blk skin. I know the current formulations work as well BUT GOSH!!!!
I love you, but, respectfully, if you’re carnivore, and consume no fried foods or seed oils, and also get morning sun daily, you build resistance to the damaging effects of the sun and should not need sunscreen, unless you are out in the hot part of the day four hours.🫶🏽
Based on my experience hormone is tied to melasma. Once I treated low thyroid, taking iron and reducing mental stress specifically. My majority of hyper pigmentation went away.
Absolutely! The majority of our health problems come from diet issues in some way imo.

Drink water, eat organic fruit, veg - the effects on pigment is powerful. Hides it

Alpha Arbutin, kojic acid, tranexamic acid, retinoids, vitamin C, niacinamide, azelaic acid, licorice root extract, mequinol, resorcinol, N- a
Acetylglucosamine, Bearberry Extract, Mulberry Extract, Papaya Extract, Saffron Extract, Cysteamine, Ellagic Acid, Gigawhite, Soybean Extract, Tumeric, Oligopeptides, Ginseng, Peony extract, Methoxxyphenl Decanome, Sepiwhite, Vitamin E, Green Tea Extract, Rosehip Oil and Daisy Flower Extract
Ultimately OTC topicals may not be of much assistance in severe cases and dematological assistance may be required but I'd advise you to stick with using the aforementioned active ingredients in your skincare routine to help with brightening and inhibiting melanin production, the specific ingredients I'd recommend the most are Alpha Arbutin, Kojic Acid, Tranexamic Acid, Vitamin C, Retinoids, Azelaic Acid, Niacinamide and licorice root extract.
Cyspera didn't work for me either and I've seen alot of reviews recently where others said the same. It was a waste of $
Sir can I use kojisen soap for my pigmentation
You can, but results with be minimal. It may have good ingredients in, but they will struggle to penetrate as well as traditional skincare considering that it will be immediately washed away.
Why is hydroquinone banned in Europe?!
It’s not, I can buy it online at 4%. here in Bulgaria. Anything higher then I get it from my dermatologist. It just depends on the country, some can still buy it 2% over the counter.
It's not, you can get it over the counter in Greece and Spain
LPP cure plz?
I tried Faded cream more than 8 months it doesn’t work much maybe I need to longer period
Faded is more for PIH Post Inflammatory Hyperpigmentation.
Here in asian countries tretinoin is available dirt cheap like 2-5 dollars depending upon location. 😂😂

@@Dr_Abs Haha. the passionate Doctor
What if you're pregnant? Tretinoin and Hydroquinone 😢
You should avoid them
Using the analogy of cleaning up rubbish & the production of melanin is not a good idea.

Respectfully, that's one of the most ridiculous claims I've ever heard.
Respectfully, that’s total bolox!
You're insane, I'm carnivore and I still get melasma, it's not magic for God's sake😂
