In this special episode filmed at Houston's Heights Theater, host Jon Denman and guest host Sylvia Benavidez welcome Leftover Salmon to Vinyl Voices! Vince Herman tells how the legendary jam band, which focuses on country and bluegrass but mixes in an array of musical genres, formed from two bands playing a one-off New Year's Eve gig in 1990. This episode features incredible performance footage shot by VV's own Jason Esparza at Heights Theater during the band's latest visit to Houston. Songs in this segment include "Maria Teresa" and "Breakin' Thru."
