Creamy Fettuccine Alfredo | Paleo Mukbang!

- Today on the menu we're having... PALEO fettuccine alfredo?! How can such a thing exist and legit taste like the real thing.... idk but guys, believe me when I tell you this sauce is spot freakin' on. You absolutely have to try it.
I wouldn't necessarily recommend this gluten free pasta, so just use whichever you like best! If you're strict paleo, try "skinny pasta" konjac noodles -- they're the best alternative grain free pasta IMO -- at least that I've tried so far! :)

The only change I made was not using garlic or dried basil and adding fresh grated nutmeg. By all means, if you can't imagine alfredo without garlic or whatever other spice, add it! It's your universe and your belly is the one you're trying to make happy. ;)

Omg I made this sauce and as I was cooking it, I tasted it and was kinda grossed out. BUT Then I added the hot pasta and now this is my new favorite.
Literally made this today and just saw you posted this video. I also added the "blackening" seasoning on top of my pasta. I would have done blackened chicken, but I cheated today and bought shredded rotisserie chicken. I'm obsessed with Cajun seasoning lately

Did you add Parmesan cheese? did you add nutmeg or nutritional yeast if I don’t have nutritional yeast I can just do nut Meg and did u use almond milk

Elysse Moore nah it’s not too bad! Especially after this year, I’ve found a lot of things I really love to eat that aren’t bad for me. Then it’s just a matter of making sure I don’t eat too much for my body! 🤗
