- Today, we are making and eating one of my absolute favorite dishes from my hometown of Jupiter, Florida! The restaurant calls this dish "Indoroni" or grown up mac and cheese, but it's basically a sriracha chicken mac and cheese. It's SO GOOD. And honestly, this recipe was so spot on. Super easy to make. Highly recommend. Have fun!!

Agreed! Next time I’ll def just make one recipes worth 😅 or I might even just sear the chicken whole and slice it up, then add it in after the stock has reduced!
