This does take ASMR to a whole new level. Educational ASMR , what a fantastic concept!
The Best things in life are free,
And ASMR is just that. Heaven on earth. Tremendous Maria. Thank you and Love you for touching souls in the most gentle way.
Agreed. I'm finished with 'cranial nerve examinations' and other such nonsense.
@@TheTonk44 a lot of other asmrtists are already doing educational asmr (let's find out, the French whisperer, phoenician sailor, etc.)

YESSSSSS this was super interesting!
Agreed!!! So good!! Table manners really are a dying art
I am still not over how spot-on she is. In my first job I was a caterer, we were taught all this when we set up plates, and she even touched on not helping us when we switch plates! We appreciate you trying to help, we really do, but so many accidents happen that way and so many people would even get burns from it. We just ask you stay still :)

I love how she's doing her own thing and not following a trend like some other asmrtists.
What trend? I'm curious because I just watch Maria, Latte and WhispersRed.
Paul Harris they’re the same three I watch! (Virtual high five!)
Paul Harris like popular things to do for asmr videos, stuff that’s like a popular trigger and gets a lot of views
When you consider that many of these "trends" are things that Maria has already done...
Nearly every other asmrtist has followed HER lol
She reminds me of Julie Andrews as Queen Clarice in the Princess Diaries teaching Mia (Anne Hathaway) how to be a princess. And I love it!

Commenting again to say that this video must be in the Top 5 best ASMR videos of all time for me, and I've been listening/watching for nearly 10 years... this was interesting to watch. as a French person I learned to never cut my salad : you fold it, because it avoids making that sound (you know what sound lol). And also I learned we are to never cross our fork and knife (whether it's on the plate itself or even on the side. just never cross them). Also when drinking wine, we ate given two glasses on feet : smallest is for the wine, biggest is for the water (because you should drink more water than wine).
Exact ! Ne jamais couper la salade !!
Laurys C so interesting! in the united states we never learn about drinks because it’s assumed that that information isn’t necessary until you are 21, so most people have to figure it out on their own
@@colbymcarthur7871 I learned via my parents when I asked why they had two "wine glasses" but just used one.
It shouldn't be about "it's wine glass so it's alcohol so you shouldn't know because you're a minor", because it's just explaining why the table is set that way. Also as a kid I used to help set the table for family dinners (the ones you're like 7373838 at the table lol)
Laurys C Oh that makes sense, my family normally already has our drinks from earlier (whether water, beer, wine, etc), so we don’t usually put glasses down to set the table

Exactly how I was taught to behave as a teenager for eating out in restaurants, or if invited for a meal at someone else’s home. No, it’s not “rich people “ who try to follow these rules, it’s everyone with basic manners. Of course I’m from the UK and I’m from an older generation, so I don’t think kids are taught this stuff anymore, more’s the pity. It looks archaic to young people now but I still think it creates a good impression if you’re eating out in public (and you’re not just slumped in front of the tv eating TV dinners)!
