Best Pappardelle Alfredo Recipe with Cheesy Stuffed Chicken | Mukbang!

- Time for another alfredo video!! Today, I made my mom's alfredo sauce with pappardelle pasta, and I topped it all off with Real Good Foods new stuffed chicken! Watch and see what their new stuffed chicken is all about! #realgoodfoodspartner

Alfredo Sauce Recipe:
Ingredients:
1/2 stick butter (I used salted, but by all means use unsalted if you want to control your salt more)
1 pint heavy cream
1 1/2 cups freshly grated Parmigiano Reggiano cheese
freshly ground black pepper
pinch of freshly grated nutmeg
salt to taste
Directions:
1. Melt butter in saucepan over medium heat
2. Once butter is melted, add cream and whisk to combine
3. Bring mixture to a simmer (not a boil! you want frothy but not bubbly), then add the cheese, whisk to combine and reduce the heat to low.
4. Add salt, pepper and nutmeg to taste. (I don't measure these, but be mindful of how much nutmeg you add in. Fresh is important and a little bit goes a long way. You can always add, you can't subtract, so add a little at a time until it tastes the way you want.)
That's it! Also keep in mind, this recipe is not intended to claim any sort of "authenticity" to any original recipe. This is just how my family and I love it! :)

That’s almost exactly how I make mine! It seems so simple but it tastes so freakin good! One time I reduced some white wine and then added the butter and heavy cream, definitely added another element of flavor. But the basic is my tried and true.

April Griffin hey! Honestly a lot of the real good foods entrees are keto and are so easy, I make them all the time! I never took keto diet pills so can’t speak to that. Basically you just have to make it easy for yourself to eat what you need if you have less time - aka buy preprepared or frozen keto foods or food prep!
