Thank you so much. I would like to get better nutrition, as you suggest, but I'm so sensitive to so many foods now, that any little deviation from my 'safe' diet, triggers a migraine. Any suggestions?
Absolutely. For many people in this situation, the problem is all of the things "under the iceberg" that are contributing to the headaches. Once you fix those, then headaches get better. In addition, food sensitivity testing can help. Here’s the link to a quiz that will ask a few questions so I can send you tips helpful for your situation: theheadachequiz.com
Other information I received about diet and migraine talked above decreasing Omega 6 while increasing Omega 3. Has anything like that shown up in your research?
YES! Absolutely! There was a study published in teh British Medical Journal in May of 2021 showing that if you increase Omega-3's and decrease Omega-6's, you can cut headaches in half in 3 months!!
Good info, thanks.
You're so welcome Anndee! Great to see you here!

Oxalates are toxic and spinach/almonds are exceptionally high. (Something I found out recently)
You would want to be careful if you're prone to kidney stones.
