    This type and dose of magnesium causes me to have vivid dreams and horrible nightmares. I know it's the magnesium because it stops when I stop taking it. Not sure how to get past this. I just don't sleep well on it.

    500 m.g elemental magnesium or total weight of mag glycinate / L threonate?
    500 m.g elemental magnesium will put a load on kidney.
