Another sure way of addressing this topic is how I have been doing it. I have been doing 3 volume enemas per day for a year. I have been killing parasites since very early on. Several months of this year were headache free because I had repeatedly reached 2 and 3 qt volume. The reflex for the gut is at the top of the ascending colon or on the curve to the transverse colon. I am getting headaches back, not migraines necessarily, because I have had such hard parasites to kill that I have not often even been able to do a 2 qt. I hold for an average of an hour. Sometimes 90 minutes, sometimes less than an hour. I have long believed I am killing them off so they cannot procreate in my body any longer. This is not a well known way of cleansing the body of parasites, but I find it is the best way to kill the widest range of different kinds. They are stupid and all like the cleaned out portion of my colon and they meet their death there.

What dosage or product or bacteria would you recommend? This summary of the research could be very helpful, but for the lay person like me... what should I look for on the label???

How about covering migraineurs with GERD? I have both and both severe and chronic and I get a lot of complications and more triggers.

I have issues with probiotic as well as anything related in that area because I have not heard of anybody who actually has had good progress with it when your vibe had yogurt or tried any probiotic I get sick from it and I have yet to even see if they would even help my migraines but from what I’ve noticed is that probiotic and prebiotic basically would cause your body to absorb anything that is bad through the micro and you’re in your gut which could carry and other organs in your body that may not be able to process it well that could cause harm to other organs in your body can you give me any evidence and proof that would help because I also have one problem with my genetics I have one genome failure in my genetic markers that has caused me to have different things happen including the fact that I also want one with Born with rubella syndrome controllers I really don’t know what I can trust or what is actually going to be home for for my body because I have so many birth defects and no migraines I don’t need anything else to go wrong along with my mental health and other health problems that I have

I wonder what happened with that other gold standard trial? Different probiotics? Different demographic?

Yes I agree. There is no cure however there are ways to decrease the number of attacks according to Dr. Josh Turknett. I'm reading his books..1/ The migraine miracle 2/ Keto for migraines. He and his wife both have migraines and promote diet and lifestyle changes to help decrease attacks.
