Would it be possible to use something like this in Unreal Engine?

Yes, you can export it to Unreal or you may try to do something like this in built-in Niagara (particle system). I can't tell which one is easier.

hello, i could need some help , is it possible to use an imported geometry only as an Effector und not as an Emittor. I want to manipulate an fire emittor with an imported Geometry but the Geometry himself should not burn. but rather it should effect the emittor with his geometry, i hope this was clear, my english is ugly sorry, , sadly i cant find an option like that

Masking doesn´t seem to work in embergen 7.5.2
Ivé been trying it a lot, but it just won´t kick in when changing reference values on the mask settings, painted vertex maps in blender.
Could be doing something wrong, or something isn´t working.
I asked on the jangaFX forums as well as others have, no replies whatsoever for a long time.

Nevermind Jason, I seem to have gotten the masking to work now, will have to check why I didn´t get it to work the first time, wether or not it was the way I painted it in blender, or the masking settings.
If you don´t make a tute on it, I will..so hurry up :)

Ok, seems more folks are clueless, hold on, I am a bit busy right now..Hoperfully within this week though, I got stuck with Nebula simulations and rendering..but there seem to be a need to clarify this "basics"
      Hold on a few days.

you have to make a tutorial no one van figure out how to do this and the amount of tutorials from the pple who actuaklly work on this are not super detailed, You need to make tutorials on exactly what to do and how to do it. Leaving it up to ppl to figure it out. It would really take this software to the next level if you actually tell ppl how to use it.
