    You love my arm circuits, so lets give this one a try! 1st section is without weights and 2nd is with. Dont have weights? Dont stress! Just use water bottles or cans.
    This is a follow along circuit so keep up.

    I used 3kg weights cause I don't have the smaller ones and usually do different exercises that require a bit heavier weight. It was actually quite doable, just took it a little slower to not cause injury. Thanks for the workout! Hope my arms will look lean and thin soon!

    Would love to see more with weights both are good. And this was a killer arm workout. Almost didn't make it.

    Love your arm workouts because they’re effective. This one in particular was challenging because transitions were quick and I’m so uncoordinated! As I’m watching you also trying to check my form in mirror missing some transitions😂. I’m sure after doing this video a few times I’ll be ok. Thanks Holly🙏💕🌸

    I lost a couple reps trying to figure out next moves. Prefer you coaching with voice so I get max number of reps in.

    I absolutely love your arm workouts but you did not speak in this one ? Why?
    I use phone to do the workouts so I have to look down again and again if you haven't changed the exercise or not,I request you to a voice over next time. 😭😭😭
