You love my arm circuits, so lets give this one a try! 1st section is without weights and 2nd is with. Dont have weights? Dont stress! Just use water bottles or cans.
This is a follow along circuit so keep up.

I used 3kg weights cause I don't have the smaller ones and usually do different exercises that require a bit heavier weight. It was actually quite doable, just took it a little slower to not cause injury. Thanks for the workout! Hope my arms will look lean and thin soon!

Love your arm workouts because they’re effective. This one in particular was challenging because transitions were quick and I’m so uncoordinated! Like weights but to fast
Transitions were a bit too fast for me.
I used two cans that I had in my pantry and I enjoyed the weighted part of the video more than I thought would! 💪🥫
