After getting 27 million views for my first ever arm workout, we needed to step with the intensity! So here is part 2 to my famous arm routine!
If you dont have weights, dont stress! Use water bottles or some cans and get ready to really feel the burn!

Omfg lol. I've been doing your no-weights exercises for months and months and really feel like it is helping a lot! Just bought some 3kg weights today and did this... holyyyy shit. But I am really looking forward to when this isn't so hard, it will be so rewarding. I think my legs are pretty strong, but I have weak arms so I am super excited for them to be stronger and more toned 💪 I'd tried other arm exercises before and they just weren't doing it for me, I just love your personality I think! So happy I found this channel.

Will rest 1-2 days a week + Intermediette fasting if I can! Got really good results with her other tone arms and want to get stronger!

Day 1: Done + IF (ow my arms ahah I have never used weights so even these small ones HURT)

This was definitely intense with just #3; I liked some of the variations.
Did this again - feels easy at first but definitely builds! I liked the mix of double and single arm moves.
I could only get througb the first half and I had to do the second half the next day. New goal: Do it all!

Does it help with flabby triceps?
It would definitely help, but not straight away. You'll notice your arms getting stronger before you see definition, but if you keep at it, at least once a day, you muscles will be worked, which will slowly burn fat and give definition to the muscle; this will tighten the skin and gradually slim down the arms. It might take a 2-3months before you really notice a difference, (depending how much excess flab you have to burn through) but you have to keep at it.
