I started following you when you did the 30 day quarantine challenge, and there's no way I would've been able to do this workout then, which proves your workouts truly work. The fact that you're doing this while pregnant is a testament to how strong and amazing you are! Keep being you and having what seems to be a beautiful pregnancy. I did this with a resistance band and nearly threw up 😂😩 it’s the next day now and my glutes are BURNING. It’s my favourite feeling though because I know it’s actually doing something. Best thing is I don’t want my thighs to grow to much muscle because I’m really short so I feel like it looks odd on me but this hasn’t got my thighs aching at all just my bum 😊😊
I did this workout and also 2 other booty workouts for only 2 days.. And the results are amazing.. My booty is so much smaller now(I had a very big butt).. I was eating my regular diet, didn't change anything at all...Thank you so much Holly.. I love you
