    OMG! Your workouts just keep getting better and better! I can't believe I was able to finish this only having to stop for a couple seconds. I started following you when you did the 30 day quarantine challenge, and there's no way I would've been able to do this workout then, which proves your workouts truly work. The fact that you're doing this while pregnant is a testament to how strong and amazing you are! Keep being you and having what seems to be a beautiful pregnancy.     I did this with a resistance band and nearly threw up 😂😩 it’s the next day now and my glutes are BURNING. It’s my favourite feeling though because I know it’s actually doing something. Best thing is I don’t want my thighs to grow to much muscle because I’m really short so I feel like it looks odd on me but this hasn’t got my thighs aching at all just my bum 😊😊

    I did this workout and also 2 other booty workouts for only 2 days.. And the results are amazing.. My booty is so much smaller now(I had a very big butt).. I was eating my regular diet, didn't change anything at all...Thank you so much Holly.. I love you

      @@equineelli2726 I just started this year, fulfilling my child dream, my daughter (4YO now, then only 3) started with me. It is amazing, I hope, once I could have some horse on my own. :)

    Thank you so much for this one, Holly! I had to replace the last exercise with some glute bridges because my elbow hurt in that position, but everything was great after all.

      Yeah! Have in mind the support leg is working super hard to keep your balance and stability so that you don't fall over, so it's completely normal!

    Hi holly, if u havent done already, when u r able to (after the baby etc) could u do some flexibility exercises becoz ive always wanted to do the backwards walkover or something but if thats not ur thing r there any good chanels that u recommend?

    Are there any exercises that I can do for my butt that doesn't require putting weight on my hands and wrists. I so limited on what I can do because of terrible arthritis in my wrists and hands.
